I sent an email asking few information related to the current health emergency. They replied to all my questions in few hours and offered a full refund even if my reservation was not refundable. What can I say? Amazing people. I will be looking forward to visit Dublin soon and to book with them again. Special thanks to Ella, super professional and kind

The staff attention was great. Even the chaos of Coronavirus they always gave their best for a good service. The breakfast was delicious, the room was always clean, the space was enough and safe, also I loved that you only need to use a password to open doors. Hope to go back in a better moment.

The staff were amazing throughout the whole Coronavirus pandemic. Rooms are very clean and spacious enough to store all of your belongings. The bar staff were incredible and I met a lot of great people there!

The staff here are so wonderful and accommodating. They took great care of us and made sure we got settled in. We had to leave the hostel early and under sad circumstances and they gave us a credit that we can use at a later date. Very clean and reasonable priced. Highly recommend!!

I only stayed one night as a solo traveler in Dublin. The staff is really great and helpful. The pods in the hostel give more privacy than other hostels. The location is great because all the public transport is near and you can go to the Temple Bar easily by foot too.
