this place is really welcoming, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect. the staff helped us plan some day trips and the hostel itself is really rad to hangout in. We spent a couple nights playing games and hanging out there with all the cool friends we met.

Stayed for one night after St. Paddy's day. The hostel was very nice, clean and modern. Good location, short walk to o'connell street. Where the hop on hop off tours, airport transfers are and pretty central to everything.

Good staff who were helpful and relaxed. Clean hostel which gets cleaned everyday by an army of cleaning ladies. Good view from the terrace to which you can wake up to with a coffee and a headache. Free breakfast! Only downside for me was the size of the bed (im 6'4/ 192cm).

I stayed at this hostel during St. Patricks and had a blast! I loved the trendy common spaces and the cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed in a 4 bed and my brother in a 6 bed and we both slept great. Although the location is not next to the popular Temple Bar, it is actually pretty central to other...

It was located at the centre heart of Dublin! It was my first time staying at the Hostel / Backpacker inn - the staff was very friendly, I told them about my first time being in the hostel - they were able to assist me with the types of rooms that I want - I ended up relocating the room...

We were beyond impressed with Jacob's. I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the hostel as a whole. In addition, the sleeping areas are top notch. We had plenty of space to store our belongings and curtains around each bed guaranteed quality sleep.

Enjoyed the hostel. Went there for St. Patrick's, felt that is was a bit overpriced for a weekend, however I suppose everything would be expensive for this weekend in particular. Stayed in a 4bed room - room was big and clean and was e suite, had a shower inside. Only bad thing was the fact that the room had 2towels...

This was the first time I had been back to this hostel this year and they have slightly changed the layout and design and it looks great. The place is clean and the rooms well sized, the only downside is that the prices have gone up noticeably since last year, but still worth it.

Very clean rooms, even had a flat screen TV. Excellent 24 hour reception and very reasonably priced to stay in and a great location. I was great that it included a free breakfast as well. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel especially welcome.
