I had never experienced staying in a hostel before going to Jacobs inn. I was skeptical even though my friends had mentioned having good experiences in hostels before. The location was well placed in Dublin to everything. We walked everywhere while there instead of taking the buses. The staff was friendly and gave some good recommendations when there. There was...

The hostel is really cool in general but it's look like they really want to make a lot of money. The price the week end is the double than the price in the week. You have the impression to be in an hotel.

We were pleasantly surprise by Jacobs Inn Hostel. Excellent location. Excellent facilities. Easy Booking process. Nice mix of different nationalities staying there which made it interesting for our large group.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and facilities. We booked a quadruple room for 3. We had our own bathroom which was a bonus. The beds were super comfy. Only downside was the noisy builders who turned up ridiculously early on Monday.

Great hostel with good facilities. Ensuite were rather clean, and there were additional toilets every other floor for each gender. Location was a bit far away but otherwise great place and felt very secure with multiple key card doors.

A very large hostel near city centre. We were with a group of 15 ladies. Fran made all the arrangements and it was perfect. Beds are okay. Shower and bathroom clean. Breakfast is a bit simple. Missed the ham and cheese for on the toast and the yoghurt for with the muesli. But overall a good experience for a nice...

It was my first time staying in a hostel and definitely didn't disappoint. Everything was very clean and rooms were large with reasonably comfy beds. Great kitchen facilities to cook own food, with plenty of fridge space where they provide labels for your food. Reception is open 24 hours which is very handy. Breakfast was okay (not very much selection...

Big hostel, 24 hour reception, huge lockers. 20-30 minutes walking to temple bar and other nice veneus. Great kitchen facilities, nice warm showers, but as a solo traveller is it hard to meet other people. The hostel for me need to be cosier, so i feel human, and not a number.
