In 2003 we enjoyed our stay in this B&B. Now, 2017, we came back and again we were very happy with the warm welcome. Good room, good breakfast and nice conversations as well as with John as with other guests . However Dublin is now a noisy and busy city, this spot remains quiet. Near to the centre ans near...

A great place to stay nearby to Dublin, but pleasantly away from the crowds. Our hosts Delia and John provided a beautiful breakfast each morning. We were pleasantly surprised with the other boarders from Sweden, Austria and Finland. Led to much chit-chat regarding politics and much more.

We were on our two week honeymoon across Europe and absolutely fell in love with this place. Between John and Delia and their hospitality, delicious meals and very, very friendly demeanour this place is by far way better than any 5 star hotel you could get anywhere else. John made you feel welcome the moment you walked in and took...

Delia and John are Annagh Houses's wonderful hosts who truly make all feel welcome. Traditional Irish breakfast is tasty and hearty enough to see you through a blustery spring day on Dublin Bay. With a bus stop right outside you could spend several days exploring the city and environs without even renting a car. Delia was born and bred in...

Our family booked four rooms for three nights at the Annagh House and were very happy with the choice. We had great views of the sea and there were very pleasant walks close by down the Bull wall and into St. Anne's Park. It's close to great restaurants but they don't seem to be open late for food (open for...

Our family decided to come to Dublin again this year to use it as a base to tour further within Ireland, as usual we booked into Annagh House and although they were fully booked they treated us like long lost friends rather than guests. Indeed most of the guests we spoke to at breakfast were repeat guest like us from...

So why, when you have only one guest staying and rooms available with a sea view, would you stick that one guest up in the attic in a dingy room with no view? This B&B is beautifully situated overlooking Dublin Bay, convenient to the city centre, has a bus stop right outside and is reasonably priced....but it isn't warm or...

Stayed here a few years ago, it was our first night in Ireland and John was a very gracious host with great local knowledge. The breakfast was superb and the room was spacious, clean and a very high standard for a B&B.

Annagh House is in a wonderful location in Clontarf, a Dublin "suburb." Great views of the water across the street, lovely house and rooms. John, the host, was completely gracious and helpful. He gave us information on taking the bus to/from Dublin and places to visit and dine in the area, offered us wonderful breakfasts each morning (along with Delia,...

We stayed at John’s B&B for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. John is the most friendly man you can imagine, always ready to help with information and practicalities. The hotel is located within an acceptable distance from the center (a 15 minutes’ drive by bus). The bus stop is next to the hotel, and the buses are quite...
