Loads of beers on tap and an excellent pint of Guinness.
The food is superb with very large portions.
It is a large pub with lots of books and crannies. Places to watch sport and places for a quiet chat.
Our large family stayed at O'Neills and had dinner at O'Neills for two nights in June. The location couldn't be better, and the townhouse rooms include all sizes from tasteful singles to large family rooms. Walking distance to all the sights and public transportation routes....More

First off, the owner was SO friendly and accommodating to us. The location is perfect, right across from Trinity College and a short walk to night life, shopping...everything! If you're using the HOHO buses they are stop right there! We had 2 rooms, both charming....More
Close to Temple Bar , great Irish Music there . Our room faced the street , very noisy at night !! Needed to have windows open due to no Air Conditioning !!! Other rooms may be quieter? Room and bathroom, clean & comfortable. Breakfast nice...More
After having our Sunday roast we returned the next day for lunch. Fresh made soups with brown soda bread and again the next day we came back when we found the menu is changing daily. And honestly we had dinner again as well.
Taxi easiest only about 20 minutes to city center. Wasn’t impressed with Book of Kell’s. I’d suggest the hop on bus tour as it gets you around to sights and quick. Pub stop at lunch is worth it and O’Neil’s is classic... More
