Two of came over to Dublin for a sporting event and were struggling to find accommodation. We eventually managed to secure three nights in here. It is a 49 minute bus journey from the airport and about 5 minutes walk to the Liffey and about 15 minutes to Temple Bar so conveniently located for most things in fact we walked everywhere during our time here. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and they have 24 hr room service, the pizza was very good. This is quite a new hotel and I would certainly be happy to stay here again. It was a bit pricey but I presume that was because there were two big sporting events on in the city at the time.

I was really pleased with the facility's available to me during my stay and made use of the on site fitness room. It was adequate for a quick workout of cardio and weights. The room I stayed in was best in Dublin I have stayed in over the years and the kitchen made eating a cheaper experience with the cost of restaurants and takeaways in the city. Also the air conditioning made sleeping at night comfortable with the room having windows that aren't able to be opened. The bed and pillows where also comfortable enough without a heavy duvet. The location is also within short distance of Temple Bar, O'Connell street and Luas tram stops that make travelling the city easier for locations outside city centre.

What a fantastic welcome we had from Keith! The hotel had only been open 4 days and we turn up to see Garth Brooks, along with half of Europe. The wonderful Lisa on reception couldn't do enough to help us, along with scouse Lauren, who had been bought in to help with the amount of visitors. The room was so well appointed, with a kitchenette really well stocked, including dishwasher, there really was everything you needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Upon checkout, we were able to leave our bags in storage at no extra cost. We will definitely be back to see the beautiful city of Dublin, and will make a beeline to stay here again. Thanks for having us x

We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip to England and Ireland and this one was our family's favorite! Great set up for a family, separate bedroom and a pullout in the living room. The main door opened into a small entry with 3 doors off of it (bathroom, bedroom, kitchenette/living room). That was a bit strange but was fine. Very modern, clean and great water pressure in the shower! Barely used the kitchenette but it was well-stocked with everything you'd need (even a small dishwasher). Super quiet but the beds in the main bedroom were a bit on the hard side (my son said the pullout was comfy though). The neighborhood seemed a tad rough, especially at night, but we didn't feel unsafe. Shopping and restaurants were very nearby and a quick walk to get to O'Connell Street for busses and tour pickups. Dublin Express bus from the airport lets off a bit further away though - about a 15 minute walk. Loved having the laundry and we did a couple of loads while we were there. The machines take cards (about 10 Euro for a wash and dry) and you can sit in the very nice lounge/lobby area while you wait for your clothes to finish. Wifi was excellent. They serve pizzas and drinks in the lobby which was a bonus since we got in late the first night. Staff was very friendly! Special shout out to Adam, who brought some tools so we could fix the stuck handle on our suitcase. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I spent three nights there. The apartment had a double bedroom, with a large double bed and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook a full meal and even a dishwasher. Apart from the full fitness room, the laundry room, they had a luggage room available, which was very useful for us as we had a flight at night and the check-out was at 11am. Although the experience it was wonderful, there are some things that could be improved. The sheets and comforters on the sofa bed had some stains and the table, due to its material, seemed to be dirty all the time.

the price of breakfast too high, there was not enough variety to pay 14 euros per person.
the hotel was well located, big, clean, friendly people.
comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, small but sufficient kitchen, in addition, they leave you soap, scouring pad, etc.
the bathroom was fine, the water was hot at the moment.
They only change sheets and clean from the fourth day.

This apartment-style hotel was in a good location, close to many pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The bar and restaurant on site were open very late (well past midnight) and offered good choices for a late night meal. The laundry facilities were great to have: they have 5 washers and 5 dryers, which cost a total of about $8 for a full load. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating on comfort was due to the limited availability in storage for clothing, and the bathroom and shower were tight, but other than that the fully equipped kitchen and ample living room space were great. We would stay here again.

First, I have to say that the staff here was always incredibly helpful, warm, and truly cared about our stay. The room was very clean and the kitchenette had everything necessary for a simple meal (pasta, ready meals). The bathroom is very tiny, I was a sticky toffee pudding away from not fitting in the shower. They are happy to bring you extra towels between cleanings, and will help you with the washer/dryer. The neighborhood feels like a neighborhood more than a touristy area. I (F) never felt unsafe walking around early or late.

Con: Unable to change the heat or A/C, but you are able to turn off the unit, and even in a chilly spring in Dublin, the temperature felt fine.
Pros: Soundproof walls, heard very little from my neighbors.
Big room with kitchenette, kitchen table and sleep sofa. Sofa was not used for sleeping but was quite comfy for sitting. Ample lighting, clean hard floors. TV had local cable channels as well as apps.

Bathroom small but everything worked fine. Water temperature quick to warm up and a metal radiator was perfect to keep the bathroom consistently warm.
Convenient laundry room downstairs by the dining area. Detergent is included and machines are well kept, but it is pricey; washing and drying my one load cost me about 9 euros.

Welcoming staff, never a bad attitude and willing to store luggage before or after check-in or check-out, in a locked storage room. Tip: if your room isn't available in the morning, check back a little after noon and more rooms might become available.
West of hotel is more residential Dublin, while east and south is where you'll encounter tourists and great eats. Check out Brendan's Cafe who blissfully opens at 6AM, as well as Oxmantown, which serves excellent coffee and pastries.

A 10 minute walk from the Aircoach stop (bus from airport) in front of the RIU Gresham Hotel on O'Connell St.

We have just returned home from a 4 night staycation in Dublin. Although we found the accommodation clean and situated in a good, handy area - our staycation did not come without major hiccups..

1. Reception staff directing us to the wrong street for carpark and to the wrong carpark

2. Taken to an incorrect room to what was requested. Cot and highchair that was requested not in either room presented to us

3. Disabled/pram accessibility lift was put of order, no signs to say so. No attention to getting it fixed even after telling 2 members of hotel staff that it does not work

4. Cot came without substantial mattress, was told to her unbreathable bedding to layer on top. Very dangerous for babies.

5. No telephone in room, WhatsApp system to contact reception was not responded to in a fast manner. Had to walk to reception constantly to ask questions

6. Broken glass found in a mug - very dangerous

7. Hob kept switching off within seconds. Took 45 min to boil an egg.

8. Room cleaned once in 4 days, cleaning materials such as washing sponge, tea towel, wiping cloth discarded but not replaced.

Very disappointed overalls especially for price paid

There is an extra cost to them, quite a bit actually. It cost me something like 9 euros to wash and dry one load. You can tap your credit card to pay on each machine. The laundry room has detergent and dryer sheets for you to use. Hope this helps!
