The best possible location, friendly & obliging staff, clean and well maintained. Good value for money. Only word of caution - studio rooms are a little smaller than they appear on the website. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to any traveler

Great location and value for price. The room was a bit of a "stretch" of the efficiency concept, taking into account that sleeping a third person (14 yo boys can be very tall) on a sofa and leaving hardly any space for moving in the room is not a comfortable situation for anybody. However, the rooms are great, clean and the staff replies immediately through their messanger profile to any queries like changing towels or dealing with any minor problem. I would say that this arrangement is even better than the standard face-to-face interaction in the traditional reception. A frustrating detail was that we found it complicated to see where was the main entrance and reception of the place. Several persons seemed to give instructions to each other and eventually to us on how and where to check in. A more visible logo or a clearer entrance/reception sign would be appreciated, as after all hotels are mainly used by inexperienced users.…

We stayed in two different Staycity aparthotels in Dublin. This one (City Quay) was just not as together. We arrived at 2:15 to be told our room would be ready at 3pm so we didn't go into the city but rather waited locally. When we went to the reception a little after 3, they said there was no room available yet. They were not friendly, didn't apologize but said they would check with housekeeping. There were plenty of young workers around, none of whom were friendly to us or offered any updates. 15 minutes later I went to the same woman who had helped me and without any progress update she simply directed me to go sit down and wait. We finally got our room another 10 minutes later with no apology or even a smile. This experience made us feel unwelcome and diminished my value of the brand (which had been high from a previous stay at their Tivoli location). While the aparthotel is clean and nice, the set up of the quad room we stayed in was odd. Three rooms were great, but all had heavy doors which couldn't be propped open. I asked for a door stop but their text concierge replied they do not provide anything. We were walled off from each other, which might be great for some travelers but was not conducive for our family. …

A great stay in a wonderful city. Particularly well located for Trinity College and all the amenities of central Dublin, both North and South of the Liffey. Our first trip to Dublin in too long and encouraging to see life returning to the ol' sod.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel with my sister. I can’t thank the staff enough especially Mohammed, George and Chelsea. A great team with outstanding customer service. All three should receive a pay rise😊They went above and beyond their duty of care and provided the best service possible. I can’t fault them in any way. Came here for four days with my brother and my sister in law. We all liked it here: everything is very new, cool design, superclean rooms and nice breakfast.
