Loved this hotel for our first trip to Dublin! The hotel is less than a year old and the decor is beautiful and modern. The hotel team is some of the most welcoming and customer focused we’ve encountered, and we travel a lot! Loved the location and easy taxi drive in from airport. Will definitely stay here again!
Stayed for a work event. Beautiful spacious apartment, everything you need when away from home. Full Irish breakfast available. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Thank you for a great stay.
Such a pleasant stay, amazing customer service, attentive and friendly staff lead by Manager Liz, who clearly takes a great pride in her business and her staff. Clean, modern rooms, would highly recommend. Well done team Liz! Thank you.
An amazing place to stay. Great location, the room was just perfect. The window doesn’t open but there is aircon you can control from the room. We used the kitchen facilities and everything was excellent apart from the microwave oven being a pain and setting the fire alarm off. Bed was massive and very comfortable, black out curtains a great touch. Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff.
Very clean and exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended! Good staff, clean room, and very easy check in and out. Rooms are quiet bright and dark for sleeping. Walking distance of the city of dublin!
We were moved here from the St Augustine property. Louis was a star, helping sort out what we needed as the team properties are configured differently. He was really helpful and very accommodating, spoke to us each time he saw us, great customer service! The property is lovely and clean with great facilities and fab breakfast! Would definitely stay here again! 5 ⭐️
Excellent location, friendly staff. Easy to get public transport to/from. Close to walk to temple bar/city centre. Was booked into disabled room (not requested) and only knew when we got to room but as short on time as getting to a concert did not mind. Room very large with lots of floor space. Plenty of space for wheelchair use with all required items accessible inc. Kitchen area. Bathroom fitted out with rails/seats, call alarms and shower with seat etc.in my opinion (work in the health care area so familiar with generic environment requirements). Bed comfy. Would have liked to be able to open window a bit as room was stuffy. On 4th floor so that might be a reason for this. Enjoyed our stay.
Dublin's hotels are quite expensive. Nevertheless our stay at SC Tivoli was great. Very comfortable rooms, equipped with everything we needed (kitchen, WiFi, hair dryer, etc.), proper, with nice and good working shower. The style is very modern but beautiful, beds were comfortable, everything worked very well. We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a 2 rooms appartment (we were 3) which was quite spacious. The only thing I was a bit puzzled of is that we could not open the windows - our appartment was on the 4th floor. However, there was an air condition that worked well.
if you're not planning to relax in your room, then fine. but lack of thought re furniture made it a tad unwelcome although, have to say the bed was lovely. Yes, paid parking is available but be prepared to drive a complicated one way system to get there and will take longer than the 5 minutes advertised unfortunately there were a lot of beggars and drug addicts openly using which was sad
We have stayed a variety of places in Dublin. This was perfect because the rooms were clean, well laid out and maximized the space. Plus, they had charging ports in many well placed outlets which made it really easy. The mini-kitchens were perfectly appointed for grabbing light groceries, making coffee and breakfast (ultra light prep, rather than cooking but we could have cooked on the stove). The location was great because we walked most places, including to the Temple Bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We only ate the breakfast but it was really tasty and well worth it. Overall, a great stay.
