Really nice hotel. Modern, well furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, and excellent staff. Breakfast pretty good, but they need to be better at clearing tables when guests have left them - when I was looking for a table to sit at, most tables were unoccupied and every one was covered with the debris from previous occupants. Only real negative is that when a large tour group is checking in or out they take up pretty much all of the rather strangely-laid-out lobby space. This is a particular problem at breakfast time - if a large group and their suitcases are filling the lobby (as they were the morning I was there) you have to pretty much climb over or around them to get from the breakfast buffet to the seating area.

We're a family of 2 adults and one teenager and we spent a whole week at StayCity Tivoli. We had 2 rooms: one with a kitchen and sofa bed for our teen, and a bedroom for us with a king bed. Was it pretty small? Yes. But we were out exploring Dublin and the areas around, taking day trips. It was comfy and quiet in the mornings and evenings. This location feels very well-managed. We booked 8 nights, and were supposed to get cleaning on our 4th day per their policy. We got that, no problem. The desk, the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful and it felt like they cared. The location of this hotel is great, too. We're walkers, and it was just on the edge of The Liberties and Temple Bar. Pretty much everything in Dublin is within a 5- to 25-minute walk from this hotel, including both train stations. There are great pubs and coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery markets that are within a 10-minute-walking radius from the hotel. But this particular street is quiet, and that really made the hotel a nice retreat and resting place after a long day of exploring. We barely needed the kitchen, but it was fantastic to have a fridge for leftovers and snacks, and the option to make a meal. The breakfast and pizza that we got from the hotel were good. We didn't sign up for daily breakfast, but just decided day by day. There's not a ton of variety in the breakfast, so if you stay for 5-7 or more days, you might want to check out the local bakeries and coffee shops for breakfast once you're oriented. Well designed and comfortable. Remodeled recently with efficiency and comfort in mind. This would be suitable for an extended stay. It has a mini kitchen with stove. Sink, fridge, even a dishwasher. Sparse but adequate storage. Comfy bed and small but efficient bath. Very Good breakfast buffet. Only complaint was the confusing set of light switches and you could not have just a reading lamp.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it is ideally situated down a short side street and just a 1 min walk to the main road and a 5 min walk to the river and an easy walk to all the main sights in Dublin and not far from shops and supermarkets. The room and the whole building was really clean with good facillities in the room and a nice big comfy bed. Loved having a toaster, kettle and fridge in our room and enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee etc. The reception desk was always staffed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a really nice cooked and continental breakfast on our last morning and made use of the free luggage storage area. We loved the 10pm - 7am 'hush time' as it was very quiet at night so had a good sleep each night. Dublin is huge and lots to see and do so we will book to stay here again. …

We travel to Dublin frequently and have stayed all over the city. This time we were looking for something in the Liberties, near family we were visiting. Staycity Tivoli was a pleasant surprise. Are the rooms highly decorated? No. But whatever. They were very clean and comfortable. The mini-kitchen and on-site laundry are real nice-to-haves. The location is out of the way of the city center madness but still close enough to everything. Staff were great and helpful. We'll definitely put this one on the list for a return stay.

Terrific location for classic center yet easy to reach party town as well. Bus connection are superb but walking is easily done. The apartments we had, with living room (sofa bed) and kitchenette was just right. Not elegant but all you need we had 4th floor corner on front with two walls of windows.

Don't necessarily love the location as it is up a bit of a hill. But, if you use the bus and taxi system, it is excellent! I love the self catering options and would absolutely stay here again in a minute! Staff were nice, it was very clean, pleasant, and not my first stay at this chain, and won't be my last!

Staycity Dublin is a great location…on the edge of everything you want see in Dublin. Rooms were clean and well appointed. They were smallish but that’s what you expect, they had everything we needed, would recommend.

Maybe the rooms are a bit tight. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly to your requests. It is a highly recommended place to go to Dublin. Mind you, it's not an apartment. The cooking equipment is not the best. But you can have a decent breakfast or dinner in your room.
