Chantelle was very friendly, efficient and professional when we checked in. However on entering our room we noticed that we had a shower with a "step over" bath. Unfortunately both my friend and myself would have found this extremely difficult as we both have bad knees. We then went and spoke to Jess on Reception who very quickly and easily changed us to another room with a walk in shower. Our second room was absolutely fantastic. The quality of bed, bedding, carpet, curtains and lighting were up to the usual Wetherspoon's high standard. The only other problem we had in the room was the height of the coat hangers. Both my friend and myself found it extremely difficult to reach them, and were therefore unable to use them. Everything else in the Hotel was ideal. Chantelle, Jess and Khiara were so exceptionally helpful during our stay, and could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this venue.

Hotel is a new hotel in south Dublin. Quite close to where I live but always wanted to stay here. Its a really nice hotel and quiet too. Wetherspoons bar is part of it too. You must walk through bar area to get to your room. Breakfast is the usual breakfast but I did not bother as there are lots of cafes around hotel. Would stay here again for sure.

7/4/22 I stayed in this hotel for one night. I won't beat about the Bush and it is not like me to give a bad review. The room was filthy. Public hair on toilet, blood in the shower, sink threw up someone's food or puke, I wrote my name in the dust on the table, bed not made properly, and I have the pics to back up my complaint. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Advertised as 5star on booking.com but - 5star in reality. When I emailed the hotel I was told that I should of let them come clean the room after I booked in, so infact it was my fault.. Horrible horrible hotel, and their unnamed person who replied to my email is not a people person. Bar and bar staff were great but hotel... Noooooo.

If you don't like Wetherspoons, you haven't been here yet. This place is absolutely phenomenal. I gave up on Wetherspoons years ago when I started earning too much money. Now, they've got me hooked, again! Come here for the cheap beer, and leave with a smile on your face. You'll never look back (full disclosure: fired from a Wetherspoons in Sussex, England - March, 2006 -- full time in construction for 20 years; the refurbishment is absolutely faultless)

I've never stayed in a Wetherspoons hotel before but I definitely would again. Really well priced, clean tidy with all the facilities you'd need for a city break. It's a shame the staff weren't as good. Rude and not inviting at check in, bag drop off and check out. Despite staying 3 days our room was only attended to once and when it was only the bed was made and fresh towels left. The used tea cups were left. No new milk replaced and no new tea bags. Pretty poor. Great location, great pub opposite too

This hotel brings new definition to the word 'grand'. It is a beautiful maze of a hotel that you can easily get lost in, but if you do, you probably won't complain. The decor is great, the architecture is amazing, and there is no way you come here only once. It demands a repeat visit.

This hotel was so cool and in a great neighborhood. You feel like “wow we are in the cool trendy hotel”. Room was modern and clean. Really quiet I don’t know what the other reviewers were talking about, we didn’t hear anything at all. The best part is the dining. The bar and restaurant downstairs is large, comfortable and affordable. We loved our stay so much and the girls at reception got us a lovely room.

One night stay to attend Dublin concert , relatively easy to find , very central location , double room good size with large bathroom , easy check in , room and bathroom very clean . Does have an central bar area that faces some rooms but I found the rooms double glazing cancelled out any bar noise but I was there on a quiet Monday night so weekends may be different. I would stay again .
