Beautiful new hotel, rooms lovely and clean. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Helen in the restaurant is a true gem. Loves her job, very attentive and such a character. We loved our stay. Buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Would highly recommend 👌

We stayed at the Samuel recently and our stay was so relaxing, check in was smooth and our room was modern and very clean. The restaurant was fabulous and Stephen looked after us on each night of our stay for drinks and for dinner and he is an absolute credit to the hotel, he is such a kind and a guest centred person.

We stayed for one night to go to a concert in Marlay Park as we were getting a bus from town to concert. Is located directly at a luas stop on red line so perfect if coming from Heuston or city centre. Hotel is quiet and clean, rooms are small but clean and comfortable- perfect if you're only having a short stay. Staff are lovely, we were checked in by Violeta who was great, chatty and so welcoming! Ciara in reception also helped us over the phone with a query about breakfast and was equally as lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Based on price, service and effort I’d rate this 4.5. It is a brand new hotel, a little bit out of the way but happy with the location given everything was new, clean and the staff are very welcoming. It lets itself down on a few minor details which I’m sure will resolve themselves over time as the hotel gets up to full speed. No drinking (bottled) in the room. No bedroom slippers or amenity pack. The latch on the bedroom door is missing. The room was spotless and that’s important (though a fair slice of that is its newness). They don’t have a maid service unless you request it and I’m ok with that, I don’t need someone cleaning up after new daily or a new towel everyday. I stayed there twice within a month and will happily go back.

Room Tip: Make sure you have the Dublin taxi app as it is a bit tucked out of the way…. and take your own...

We were so excited to check in to the Samuel, we were greeted by Violetta in reception and she was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modern with air conditioning which was a bonus. The restaurant was superb, the food was amazing and Stephen delivered a great experience for us at an exceptionally high standard both at dinner and breakfast and he was so kind. It was such a relaxing stay and we wanted to thanks everyone, but Violetta and Stephen in particular stood out the most to us, we will be back :)

We stayed at The Samuel recently on a visit to Dublin. The hotel is very new and in general is excellent. We had a room with a double and single bed in it. Apparently that was the class of room that we booked. Space was a bit tight especially with our suitcases on the floor as there is no place/stand on which to rest your suitcase. Bathroom was clean as was the entire hotel. I loved the card system for the elevators. Special mention to Violeta and Connor at the front desk. Check the location — it was perfect for us however not super close to Steven’s Green nor city centre

We stayed in tbe Samuel for the Wednesday night of the Script. We took the luas out from Heuston station. We weren’t sure if it was still a building site or not. Our room wasn’t ready, the guy at reception took our bags so we went to the bar. The lift button card swipe was a bit confusing. We were served at the bar by a lovely staff member. Her name im sure was Helen, i hope i got her name right. She was full of chat and make the experience at the bar an enjoyable one. We also got food which was lovely. The room wasn’t huge. I found the lady at reception a bit hard to read but was nice when she spoke with us. All in all a good experience, a bit expensive for one night but thats dublin.

Sumamente recomendable.
