Very very good value cost relation. unfortunately the room was dusty and had a strange disposition in itself. Excellent breakfast and very good service. I recommend going to the hotel, even though the general cost of staying in dublin is high

Hotel's Favourite
Recently stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is new, modern, welcoming and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar area is immaculate and rooms are modern and have everything you need. Fluffy towels, comfy bed, two good pillows each and soft bedding. Loved the mood lighting and touch button lights, really makes it feel plush and cozy. Location is brilliant. Close to everything but not noisy or rowdy. Marc the manager went above and beyond when we thought we had misplaced a watch, keeping all the laundry from our floor that day to one side and had his staff check through it. He even rang the maid at home on her day off to ask her if she’d seen it in the room. He honestly couldn’t do enough for us. We felt reassured and he seemed genuinely concerned. Our mistake unfortunately, as the watch had fallen under the lining of the case. we only realised once we’d got home and case was completely empty and lifted into wardrobe we heard it rattling around inside. Apologises to marc and the staff for wasting your time in looking for the watch. I feel very reassured that this hotel is a safe, welcoming, professional, ‘above and beyond’ hotel that really cares if you have a good stay. Will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything. Top quality.

It was a perfect hotel for my short business trip to Dublin. The hotel is is very pleasant and comfortable, and close to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, especially the chocolate croissants. The lobby and coffee area is invites to stay (and to do work with a laptop). The rooms are modern and clean, though a bit tiny. Nothing to complain about.

Nice hotel. Very small bedroom. Noise from the street outside, people shouting and fighting could clearly be heard in my room ..difficult to sleep as a result. If I were to stay again,I would want a room at the rear of the building..

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and provide us with feedback following your stay, we do appreciate it I do apologise that you were disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city-usually our triple glazed windows negate the sounds from outside On your next stay please feel free to request a room at the rear of the hotel and we would be more then happy to accomodate Kind regards Patrick Linnane General Manager

This brand-new hotel is in great shape, and the staff is on top of things. The rooms are small, but well laid-out with individual controls for lights and temperature. We had a package with breakfast, which is substantial and offers many healthy options. The lobby also has places where you can plug in, charge and work, as well as relax. There's a good lobby bar as well.
