Stayed here a couple of times recently on business trips when taking ealry morning flights from dublin. Staff always professional and friendly. Bar and restaurant clean, tidy and plenty choice. Rooms are good size and the bed is super comfortable. Will definitely stay again when back in area
Everything about this hotel is excellent. Over a three week period on business, I stayed at three of the larger Dublin Airport hotels and the Holiday inn on the outskirts of the airport was by far the best. Even the shuttle bus was better than the nearby Clayton. Well done to all the staff including the housekeeping staff who excelled at re presenting the rooms every day throughout my stay.
I booked for the 7th of May 2022 for 117 euros. I was contacted on the 3rd of March to be told that the hotel is closing til December. The girl in charge of reservations suggested their sister hotel in the city centre for 200 euros.... Which would mean a taxi of 30ish euros,or the intercontinental Hotel for 400 euros!!!!!!!.As I fly in from Rome at midnight I chose this hotel for convenience to airport. I spoke to hotel manager and she informed me that hotel is closing as to December and that booking.com would not assist in relocating customers. Very bad customer service from this hotel.Manager at the hotel was very pleasant and apologetic.... But.... Still not good enough
Aaron was the first person we met at reception. He was so welcoming and helpful. Caroline was serving at the bar. She was again very welcoming, friendly and helpful, she assisted us to book in for dinner at the restaurant where we met Greg he was so friendly and attentive. Nick the manager took time out to welcome us and chat with us. What a great staff this hotel is lucky enough to have very professional friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel again. The bed was so comfortable. The room bright airy and spacious. Love the decor at the hotel. The hotel exceptionally clean. The food was beautiful compliments to the chef. Stephen O Keeffe
As my title says this is a great place to stay pre flight as they have a free shuttle running every 30 mins to the airport. Check in was fast and staff really polite and friendly. The room we got was on the sixth floor ( I think 612 ) with great views of the Dublin mountains and was very big for an airport hotel with a sitting/lounge area with a large L shaped sofa. with a large flat screen TV and mini fridge, the bathroom was again very big, complete with a Bath which you don't see very often anymore. We did not have dinner in the hotel but we did have breakfast which was amazing the hot counter had every thing for a great full Irish and the cold counter had the full continental section of cold cuts and pastries . The coffee was really good to. Special mention to Shane the shuttle driver who was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend stay here for any reason but its a great way to start your holidays.…
A fantastic hotel in IHG. The rooms were spectacular and very quiet considering planes flew past the hotel a short distance away. Room cleanliness and servicing were a very high standard. The breakfast offering was excellent and cooked perfectly. The slight downside was the limited restaurant menu but having said that value for money was good. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 mins to the airport terminals.
Stayed at Holiday Inn at Dublin Airport and we dined in the hotel restaurant. Staff were attentive and friendly that made the trip even more pleasant. Greg was super as the floor manager at the time. Rooms were comfortable and clean, very modern in design. Highly recommend, absolutely would return!

The hotel is amazing from the moment you check in you are made feel welcome from Jennifer on reception, the rooms where spotless, the bar lovely, the shuttle bus to the airport is also a bonus to this hotel I would definitely recommend and I’d stay in this hotel again
Myself and my partner had an amazing 2 night stay. All staff members went above and beyond with any requests we had. Nick from reception was amazing and catered to our every need. Caroline from the bar was also brilliant and whipped us up everything we wanted. The room was spotless. I love the couch! And we had a lovely night time view. I could not fault anything during my stay. We will be back and thank you to everyone 😊
