My husband and I stayed during the St. Patty's day weekend. The hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. We had not done our proper research on the outlets in Ireland and the receptionist at the front desk let us borrow a phone charger to accommodate our stay. Our room was one that has just been renovated and...

I gave it four stars in hope rather than reality - it is a pretty ordinary place, not many facilities (wifi but it is painfully slow/ interrupts; small restaurant but not that special, good if you are hungry and want pretty ordinary food) but they claim they are upgrading the place, making rooms more comfy, better facilities (wifi). If this...

Great value hotel near to Trinity College. Lovely food and the staff were great. Chris at reception was very friendly and efficient. I left my key behind and he looked after me with the minimum of fuss. Absolute gem of a place, central location ideal for business trips.

I stayed at this hotel for a Friday and Saturday evening. When we arrived there was a notice saying there may be noise from work that is being done. We heard absolutely nothing. The hotel is very quiet and we couldn't hear outside noise either despite there being a pub on the corner (The Ginger Man which is a great...

I stayed at O'Callaghan's in February for just two nights. The hotel is within one minute's walking distance from a stop for one of the airport buses (757). The staff member at reception was very helpful and allowed me to go to my room early, they had even arranged for me to stay on the same floor as my family...

Nice hotel very close to Trinity College. Easy to reach from the airport (best done with bus 757, leaves right outside the terminal, on the left, and stops half a minute from the hotel). Clean, quite rooms, nice gymn, great wifi. The room might be a bit dark for working, though (lights too dim), and mine had no power plug...

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast - my stay was pleasant. Was warned about the hammering noise while checking in so no hurt feeling about that. The night was silent and had a good rest.

My wife and I booked into the hotel on Saturday 4th February for a week. We paid in full on arrival. On Wednesday morning we were woken by hammering at 7.30 a.m. which went on and on. When we went down to breakfast were told it shouldn’t have happened as the builders conducting the refurbishment were not due to start...

You can tell that this hotel is a bit old and outdated but honestly it still is fantastic. It's a classic hotel and the staff are lovely. Our room was a generous size and the bed was absolutely huge. The room had a kettle, selection of coffee/tea and 2 biscuits. There was a safe, ironing board and iron. The wardrobe...

The Alexander hotel is currently being refurbished but they haven't taken any guests into consideration. The construction starts at 7am in the morning until 7pm Monday to Saturday and can be heard throughout the hotel.
