We stayed for 2 nights . Very nice and safe neighbourhood. The staff was very helpful and friendly .Great Breakfast as well, you can choose between Full Irish Breakfast or Continental .The rooms were clean and warm. hot shower and a comfy bed. Friendly staff, great location and clean room. We were given one of the cabin-like rooms outside and it was lovely and cosy, and suited our needs perfectly. We easily walked to temple bar and through the city and would stay again

Lovely staff at this well situated B & B. Super location - walking distance to city centre and RDS. Delicious breakfast too and the room was grand. And lovely and quiet too. I will be back and thanks!

We were here for the week after Christmas, and it was a great place to stay! They made sure we had taxi service when we needed, assisted in finding a launderette and were very polite. The rooms were clean. The location is within walking distance to Grafton St & St. Stephen's Green. The area is safe and there are a...

We had a wonderful stay in Dublin. It was a great, safe location and within walking distance of the centre of town. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose to purchase the full Irish breakfast each morning which was delicious and the additional continental breakfast was plentiful too. Would highly...

It is an old fashioned style, the room we had was underground, felt sad and noisy ... the bathroom was old and give you a feeling of not well maintained... The staff was very friendly though, really helpful. For the few days we remained it was ok but I cannot say it was worth the money we paid..

The hotel is located in a very charming old building. For the good and for the bad. Despite the charming atmosphere, my room was under the reception floor, and the sound of steps on the wooden floor was quite irritating since early morning. If possible, try to book an upper room to avoid this problem.

Disappointing. I booked and paid €288 for 2 nights then when I arrived and parked in the small car park was asked to park in a street around the corner as they'd "allocated the space to someone else' who'd yet to check in and they'd emailed me to that effect just before I'd checked in. Interior has seen better days...

Interior was shabby, elevator was out of service. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed. Location was ~ 15 min walk from Temple Bar. Was expecting more for the price we paid.
