Such friendly and helpful staff, from the reception staff, bar staff and cleaners. We want to thank Bogdan for such excellent service in the bar. Bogdan and several other bar staff and waiters provided excellent service in the bar despite the current challenges with covid. Bogdan was so friendly and pleasant, and personalised our time in the bar. He was great! Room was very spacious and spotless. Thermostat in the room was great. We even got a tub of icecream and chocolate coins (for the Euros!) each when checking in. Reception gladly stored our luggage safely too until we were leaving the city.

We stayed on the 12th of dec and had such a fantastic time from start to finish. The food was fab with really big portions. The staff were so professional and helpful throughout but in particular a lovely girl named Melanie looked after us and made our stay even better. She was so good to us and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back again. Thank you again to Melanie for doing such an amazing job 😁

Due to the current situation with covid we didn't know what to expect, but we had nothing to worry about, from the moment we arrived which was 2 hours early for check in, our room was ready .. much to our delight, santizing stations everywhere and when dining; tables & chairs are 2 metres apart so we felt at ease and safe. Staff are very attentive and food really nice, no breakfast served but they do have a grab & go a available for €10. Lovely stay and will definitely return in the future
