We have just spent 10 nights in Hilton Dublin. All of the Covid precautions were in place as they should be and all service was efficient. What made the stay memorable was the excellent staff who - were thoughtful about which room to give us - were friendly and fun and good for a chat without being overbearing - went out of their way to help us with our car and with arranging our next hotel stay - remembered our dietary requirements - gave good advice about places to visit in the area. Thank you Hilton Dublin.

Hotel's Favourite
In these very difficult times of the worldwide pandemic, Hilton Charlemont, Dublin had only been open 2 weeks after lockdown when we stayed for 3 nights. The covid-19 protocol for ensuring everyone stayed safe was outstanding. Regarding the staff - Michelle was on duty at the check-in desk and customer service while we were there and nothing was too much trouble. She was always welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. Then I must mention Lisa who was in the dining room when we went for breakfast, though she seems to be hands on everywhere. She is the most helpful and friendly person anyone could hope to have assisting you at breakfast, creating a wonderful start to the day ahead. One can see that she has years of experience in hosting hotel clients and is very efficient, helpful and friendly with all guests. I must congratulate Hilton for having and keeping such good staff in these difficult times and wish the staff and the hotel all the best as we all navigate these uncertain waters. Thanks to everyone.

I am so happy to see this place opened again. The general atmosphere was good. It was not busy when we got there but got buzzing when the live music started. They had a musician called Ivan (I hope I got it right) who started somewhere around 8 pm is, he was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. They have a fantastic looking red bicycles in the lobby, and as it turned out, it is rentable from the reception. I am sure that the bikes are a good hit as the hotel located in a fantastic area. Happy to see the place shining again.

I had another wonderful experience @ Hilton Dublin. As we are faced with current covid the staff & management welcoming as always. I would especially like to mention both Michelle @ Reception an Gary in Bar/Restaurant who were my point of contacts over my 3 days and so was extremely well looked after and left so relaxed. I also completed a survey with Hilton Hotels where all new covid regulations are excellent.

Me and my partner just stayed here the weekend of the 4th and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The location is great not far of a walk into the city centre. The food was yummy i had the cod and I loved it! The staff were so kind, but an extra special shout out to Gary we think his name is. Short haired man with a little beard in the bar. He was so attentive and kind towards us the whole stay. Nothing was to much trouble. He is a credit to your hotel! We will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you to all staff who made our stay so special. Shauna and Michael.
