Stayed here for a week in late April 2022. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I go back to Dublin, I will definitely book here.

This hotel is very well located, a few minutes away from Dublin's main street. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved the decor in our rooms and in the public areas; everything looks super welcoming. We will come back for sure!

No running hot water to have a shower in the morning. Staff were rude. I was told it was not the hotels fault there was no hot water. By implication it means it was my fault? I think hot running water is just a basic function that any hotel should provide. I asked to speak to a manager but was just given a general email address to reply to. Received no response. No apolpgy. I am starting my night shift tonight in my job in the pharmaceutical manufcturing sector without a shower despite paying for a hotel. Anyone that is planning to book here needs to know what to expect.

I stayed 4 nights. My room 212 was spacious enough. The bed, large and very comfortable. Bed was made properly everyday. Coffee always available. The location was the best on Parnell st, about 10mns walk down to the river. The shower was okay, could use a better shower head in my opinion and make the bed lights less bright for night reading. Not great view from my windows but at least quiet neighborhood in the back, just the seagulls could be heard. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with late check out till noon. Good rates for Dublin city center.

Alvaro was helpful and kind. He makes the hotel. Our stay wouldn’t be the same without him. Helping with drinks, taxis and being so fun. Thank you Alvaro, we will be coming back to this hotel because you’re brilliant.

I have booked a triple room in this hotel trusting the pictures in booking.com and in the hotel website. It was looking good, clean, and welcoming. The room was not at all as in the pictures. It was not clean, the window was broken. To maintain it open, we had to use the bin of the room! The bathroom was dirty with moisture in the shower cabin. I asked to change the room when we arrived and I was told it would not be possible. They offered to change the room on the second night which was useless as I was staying only two nights. I have asked for a discount. The answer I was always getting is “I need to talk to the manager, or you need to talk the manager. I told them I wanted indeed to talk to the manager … yet he has never shown up! I guess he is a ghost. And on the last day, I asked again for a discount and they even told me they had called me 10 times the day before check out to change my room … which I had said I didn’t want right on the first day … I felt it was becoming my fault ! In a nutshell, run out of this hotel. It is definitely worth your money! I wish I could post some pictures of this very poor room, but it is not possible I guess.

I didn't actually stay at the Hotel at the end because my flights were keep changing and, unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip. Both Slawek and James were very helpful and understanding of the situation. I am not a person who leaves lots of reviews, but they definitely deserve a very good because of the empathy they showed and treated me in general. I am pretty sure I will book again with them once I reschedule my plan to Dublin! Thank you!

Staff were very friendly, location was good, room was well appointed and room service was efficient. Bed was comfortable too. Curtains could do with being replaced as just about covered the width of the window. Overall very good.
