Excellent place for those you come to Dublin with a car and don't want to spend on parking. Clean, quiet, confortable and at a walking distance of Dublin center (10 / 15 minutes). Minor details such as soap dispenser being broken.

Waterloo House was wonderful. Location was perfect for walking around Dublin also close to restaurants. There was a bus stop within steps of the place. Rooms were clean & beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of food. The only thing I wished for was wash cloths in the shower. There were none & I'm not sure why? If you are...

If you like B&Bs, this is a great option in Dublin. It's in a quiet but lovely residential area about a brisk, 20 minute walk to Trinity College. Easy access to buses to airport and to UCD. Enjoyed the hospitality; felt like home almost :) I will return!

Stayed overnight at this quaint manor house in Dublin. The rooms are well appointed and the staff was extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations regarding dining and local transportation. The breakfast was superb and included buffet offerings as well as a menu with freshly prepared breakfast dishes. The hospitality and atmosphere of Waterloo House makes one feel right at home.

We spent 3 nights in Waterloo House together with my wife. The accommodation was excellent and the staff were more than eager to help us - thank you very much! The room was clean and it corresponded to the pictures posted. The only minor issue was the distance to city centre. Although it's not that far, getting back to the...

A short walk from many of the sites. Free parking included is definately a plus. The rooms however are quite small but nicely appointed. Very difficult to fit the luggage of three persons into. Be careful of your booking because one of our rooms included breakfast and the other two did not. The room for three only provided towels and...

My wife and I stayed at Waterloo House the Sat/Sun nights of the August Bank holiday. Our room was quite adequate for 2 persons with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and the room and shower area were very clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good, good choice, step up from the usual "Irish". Location...

Close to shops and eateries. Breakfast was fabulous and served in a lovely conservatory. Staff at tentative and friendly. Will definitely return if...

We had a double room upstairs. It was big enough for two people. The second stay we were accommodated in a very small room in the basement....

My husband and I stayed at the Waterloo House for 2 nights in June. We had a nice stay and loved the breakfast. I had the best waffle ever, and enjoyed the buffet spread as well. We walked downtown with ease and also enjoyed the restaurants and pubs close to the B&B.
