Had another great stay at Waterloo House in March. As always I especially appreciated the warm welcome, the rooms are still as cozy, clean and so very comfortable as ever. The beautiful Georgian House has been tastefully redecorated and new items added. Waterloo House is the place I always return to. So well located and yet quiet within the bustling and charming upper Baggot street area of Dublin. The many eat out localities just around the corner are perfect. There is something for every taste to be found. We most enjoyed having our breakfast at Searsons, it was a real treat to have such a great appetizing start to the day there. I always recommend Waterloo House to all of my friends. A few of my friends stayed with me at Waterloo House this time around during my Birthday celebrations in Dublin. They were all enamored and delighted at the truly genuine and charming stay we had. Thank you again, Evelyn and the team, for your kind hospitality and care.

Waterloo House located steps from Baggott Street is ideally located for visitors to Dublin. It offers Bed & Breakfast only although the complimentary 'Irish Times' newspaper was appreciated. Rooms are spacious, there are 37 of them with heating, en suite bathrooms and plentiful amenities. I stayed two nights and missed out on any room service / cleaning if it was there. Breakfast was solid although some of the buffet items looked tired. The cooked 'Irish' though is a classic. All about the location here. Nice front room to read news paper in is pleasant but there seemed limited chance of a coffee or afternoon glass of wine to be had. Location great but quite expensive for what is offered, "B+B' only.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Good location for RDS. Decent breakfast. Helpful and friendly owner and staff. Plenty of restaurants, pubs etc within walking distance. Decor, bathroom, furniture all functional and fitted with property's ambience, however, little dated and bathroom whilst spotlessly clean was a bit dated.
