We enjoyed our stay here. Yes the home is dated, so if you are looking for perfection you will not find it here. Spotless room and comfortable bed with and easy walk to the center of town. We had a car and they parked it in a private lot for us as we found we did not need a car... More

After arriving very late (1:30am) Robert greeted us and was extremely helpful. Our room was in the attic 5 floors up but the comfortable and very clean room was worth the hike - I went with a party of 12 females for a hen party and have to say we were surprised at the guesthouses location being so close to... I'm a bit lost of what to say, it's very dated and dirty! It's one of the most bizarre places I've ever stayed, expect windows with gaffa tape on Windows, dead flowers in vases, mismatched furniture, moths flying out of gaps in the bathroom & scary paintings! It's like you've gone back in time to a Sherlock Holmes novel!!! On... More

We left after an hour. The owner was lovely and i genually felt sorry for her, but the rooms were not up to scratch at all. I recommend for people who need a place to crash and go but we couldn't stay. Parking is on the roadside. Close to local amenities etc, which is why we originally picked it.

Stayed here for Bruce Springsteen concert. Location was perfect for Croke Pk and a nice walk in to town. Eilish and family were extremely helpful with parking etc and were very welcoming in this charming b&b.

We had a bit of a mission to find this place! Got there eventually and the walk over the water isn't too far away! Rooms were lovely and spacious, ours was a bit nicer than our friends as we loved the floral curtains! Everything was clean, comfortable beds but we really missed some tea, coffee facilities in the room. Short... More

Our first few nights upon arriving from the US was at this lovely quiet spot. The Innkeeper was very welcoming and gracious and let us check in early in the day so we could take a quick nap and get acclimated. We really appreciated the big quiet spaces and our large and spacious room. It was easy it is to... More

I stayed here for 3 days and nights before taking a bus to visit friends in Belfast. The owners were friendly – the family's mom greeted me when I arrived in the morning after my overnight flight, and offered me a couch to nap on, then a large room that had been vacated, before my room on the top floor... Very nice old house. Warm welcome, and the interior is nicely done. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Double glazing would have been nice in the room I was in to quiet the traffic a little, but I was too tired for the 2 days I was there to be that concerned, so the comfy bed certainly made up for... Stayed for 2 nights, and although I arrived about 9:30 a.m., was able to get into my room right away (i.e. not 'waiting until 2 p.m.' business). Owners are very nice and friendly. The hotel is on several floors, my room was at the top which wasn't a problem. It's an easy 10 minutes walk to Parnell Square, which gets... More
