Getting locked out when I arrived to check in (because the front desk person was off cleaning something) was not a good way to start my stay here, but in general it was a nice little place to sleep in with a comfortable bed in a single room (though I do like more than one pillow). One thing that anyone...

We had 3 rooms, all wardrobes were broken, all had mould in showers, one had no towels or hand soap. The rates are not cheap but the hotel feels cheap, tired and could do with a refresh. Very cold in all the rooms, heating did not appear to be working, staff were wearing coats! Generally not a good place to...

The guest house is located 5-10 mins walking to the spire (city center) which is very good, however, there are accommodation which are closer to the city center but a bit more expensive. The room was not too big but comfortable, I would suggest to ask for a room with the window not towards the street as it was very...

You get what you pay for. No real complaints. It was a bed for the night with no thrills. Some reviews here are unfairly harsh, I arrived expecting a lot less. It was clean, staff were polite, and the room was adequate

The service in this place was just the bottom I have ever received. The person in the reception should not be dealing with people. She was rude, disinterested, unfriendly and unhelpful. I never ever have been treated like this My room was tiny but Ok. It was cleaned and temperature was low but Ok for me. My bathroom was on...

Having read some of the reviews on here I was expecting something horrific and was nervous before arriving. We stayed in room 6, the bathroom was recently refurbished and clean, the room was also clean and the sheets spotless. Yes, there were some scuffs on the wall and we had no wardrobe, only a few hangers on the door. It's...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It's good for budget. Close to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was cold in the room, heating was on timer and very poor. Probably better to stay there in summer

This is real Value For Money (VFM) The staff very friendly. Rooms are basic but clean. Situated just off Upper O,connley Street. The Manager/Owner allowed us to leave our luggage until our taxi arrived at 5pm. This meant that we had a luggage free day to furtber explore the city. Upon our redturn at 4.30, She gave us a free...
