The rooms were great, the breakfast wonderful, the bar beautiful and the entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Shout out to Georgia at reception who was tremendous. She helped us several times a day always with a a welcoming smile on her face.

The noise from the construction going on outside spoiled our stay. The building work was directly underneath our window which started at 7am in the morning. We did mention this at the front desk but not really interested. The hotel should advise guests of the building work being carried out.

The location of the hotel was great, just around the corner from Trinity. The reception area bright with friendly staff. Our only disappointment was our room. The room window was into a service lightwell, one of only two rooms on each floor that face inwards. Would like to have been advised of this at reception when checking in.

The Davenpoprt is a beautiful facility, and the location was perfect for our visit to Dublin. The staff memebrs I interracted with were delightful, the breakfats buffet over the top, and the room was large and well appointed.

Elegant hotel located across from Merrion Square, and a cluster of Ireland’s national museums. Trinity College is in the a block or 2 away, excellent location overall. Many restaurants and pubs nearby, easy walk to shopping. The hotel room was clean, quiet with the usual amenities of iron, hair dryer, safe, fridge. The staff were friendly, helpful in any way they could be, especially finding restaurants during crowded times in the city. We would recommend to anyone.

My family and I were in Dublin for the weekend and the Davenport Hotel couldn’t have been a better location, and experience. Georgia and Vatsal specially provided exceptional service and were very helpful to my wife and when the airline unfortunately lost her bag. The hotel offers a great full traditional Irish breakfast as well and has such a quaint bar that as we were told will soon be open 24 hours of the day. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re trying to explore Dublin. They will make you feel right at home!

Really nicely renovated and comfy hotel. The location was perfect, just down the street from Trinity College. Friendly staff, very clean and good food at the bar. Trip advisor wants the remote to be 200 characters, to which I say: take it or leave it, TripAdvisor.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to temple bar area but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so professional and attentive. Hotel was clean and very beautiful. A great way to end our Ireland trip.
