Detailed Reviews
My fiancé and I had a superb stay at the Art Haus hotel.
Spitting distance from all the main attractions that Dublin has to to offer this hotel is clean, quiet and offers seriously comfortable beds for its guests.
We found the staff to be extremely friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. It’s worth noting, if you stay here take advantage of the €12 breakfast that includes juice coffee and up to 3 different breakfast selection included in your order.
Thank you for a great stay - we will be back.

We stayed as a couple for two nights at the weekend and can't praise this hotel enough.
Its brand new, rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable as well as beautifully designed- even come with a coffee machine in each!
Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with, nothing is a trouble.
The location is amazing, just at the side of St Stephens Green shopping centre although it faces onto another hotel and a residential area meaning you get a quiets night sleep. Central and within a short dander to bars, restaurants, Grafton Street, Temple Bar etc.
Parking is in the shopping centre but you are given a discount for your overnight stays by the hotel concierge upon leaving which is nice.
We had breakfast, just beautiful. Lovely, fresh and generous amounts to set you up for the day.
I can't recommend this hotel enough, it really made our trip!

Can’t recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough!
I stayed here recently as I had a work event in the city. The hotel location can’t be beaten – you’re less than a 5 minute walk from so many of the most desirable locations on the South side of the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the street is at night-time, it’s a real plus in such a central location not to have noise disturbances throughout the night.
The hotel staff I met during my stay were so friendly…in a lovely casual way. It came naturally to them to be warm and welcoming to guests. I stayed in an executive room which had a wonderful rich blue colour scheme and the décor felt very plush! My room was very spacious, and while my stay was only for 1 night, 2 people could comfortably stay here for several nights while visiting Dublin.
I didn’t get the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but if the breakfast offering was anything to go by, I’m sure it would be well worth checking out. Like the rooms, the restaurant decor was really well done. I can imagine it would be a lovely setting for an evening meal and drinks.
I previously would have stayed in equally central hotels, however the Arthaus certainly has more going for it in terms of hotel quality, staff, no noise issues and offered better value than some hotels that have significantly smaller/ dated bedrooms. I’ll be sure to book this hotel again for my next trip.

We booked this hotel for three reasons, reasonable price, central shopping location and it looked like a quirky hotel and not the run of the mill chain hotels. We where only staying for one night as we had a concert in the Olympia (10-15 mins walk away)
We got a fabulous welcome from a male member of reception, we where early but he took out bags and rang us when it was ready. Our bags was placed in our room which was a nice touch.
The room was well proportioned and stylish. Loads of storage , a Nespresso coffee machine, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water. Only small thing was there was some dust around but not much.
The bathroom was large with lovely Irish made toiletries (pumps on wall) fluffy fresh towels and some nice touches down to the arthaus logo on the loo roll!
The bed was huge and so comfortable! ...we did have a problem though...we couldn't get the AC to work but we didn't mind as it was cool enough. We came back to our room at 12.30am after the concert and a few drinks to the alarm going in the room. A staff member quickly came to the rescue and it was just that the room had heated up and the AC alarm was going. Got it reset in ten minutes.
One minor point to maybe look at, there is two green sensor lights in the room 506. As a person who loves total darkness to sleep the two green lights was a minor disturbance and we don't know if it maybe was from the alarm issue?
This is right beside the main shopping street and a quick walk to temple bar.
Will come back again and would recommend!

The Arthaus is what you hope hotels will be like when you book a stay but often aren't.
It's within walking distance of most of the interesting things in Dublin, it's clean and it's quiet and it's infinitely relaxing because from the moment you check in you have the feeling of being looked after. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the rooms are really well appointed with nice little details (shaving kit, toothbrush, extremely nice biscuits to go with your tea). The range of breakfasts is excellent too and there's just the general feeling of a place where a lot of thought has gone into making people welcome.
I couldn't recommend it enough. Sorry if I sound like a PR person for the Arthaus but hotel stays in Dublin can be somewhat hit and miss so why not praise one which absolutely hits the spot? This place is a credit to everyone involved.

Had a fantastic weekend at Arthaus.
The hotel is in a fantastic location for lots of shops, pubs, visitor attractions and near tram and bus stops, a quick walk through Stephens Green Park takes you to the open top bus stop as well.
We stayed fri-sun, our flight was early so we arrived very early for check in, in the hope that we could leave our luggage and get on with our day, was very pleasantly surprised that our room was ready and we were able to check in properly. The staff were really helpful and full of good advice for getting around the city.
The rooms were modern and very clean, the shower was fantastic. Rooms included a hairdryer, iron & board, kettle, nespresso machine and bottled water.
I’ll return to Dublin, there was so much to do that we couldn’t fit it all into our weekend. I’d definitely stay at Arthaus again when I return.

+1
I stayed here on a last minute booking a couple of weeks ago. I was due to stay two nights with my boyfriend but decided to stay an extra night on my own by going a night early. The receptionist was more than helpful and actually gave me our deluxe room for the same price as the queen room due to the fact that I was staying alone and last minute.
Breakfast- lot's of options! So much food though, would recommend ordering small and then ordering more if necessary to prevent waste.
Staff were friendly and helpful, printed things off for me etc.
The location is perfect for Dublin. Walking distance from everything- shopping, bars, restaurants etc.
I didn't have dinner in the restaurant however, I did get wings to the room which arrived slightly cold but the lady apologized for the delay. However, there is a 5 euro charge for anything to be brought up to the room which I found to be pricey, considering we would have ordered more times had this have not been there.
Ireland was just opening up so that's probably why it was quiet in there. Bar has potential to be atmospheric but unfortunately it was too quiet for us to go and enjoy a drink. Menu was pricey enough although, that's Dublin for you! Which just means you might as well go and dine out in a restaurant in the city.
I liked the style of the room, much nicer than Maldron's and other chain hotels which were within the same budget. Big shower and bathroom and smart tv with chromecast.
Desk and Nespresso machine.
Good value for our stay for Dublin prices- would recommend for city break travelers!

The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance from grafton street, st Stephen’s green and many bars & restaurants. They also offer discounted parking overnight if you keep your ticket and get it signed by reception when checking out which was great. We were made to feel extremely welcome on our arrival, and checking in was super easy. The room was bright and spacious with great amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle and bottles of water. It was very clean, although there was a dirty facecloth left on top of the shower head. We were thankful of the air conditioning in the hot weather. Breakfast was delicious, however the continental section was very depleted and we had to ask if the juices etc could be refilled. But staff were more than willing to help. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing decor and in a fantastic location. Breakfast was so delicious with table service as food is cooked to order (omelette to die for). Room's are so well decorated, beds are superb and very, very comfy, the large double shower is so refreshing and powerful. Stayed here for three nights price was in the same cost as other hotels but this hotel was at a very high standard.
Staff are very professional and very attentive.
Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. 10/10

Very well located hotel which has been recently refurbished and redecorated yet, the service and details have not been equally upgraded. The staff has not been trained to be at the level the hotel wants to operate. Some examples are that they were confused about the rates, not actively solving issues like a malfunctioning air conditioning.
Some details are not at the level expected, paper cups in the rooms should be replaced by mugs, the cleaning service did not replace an empty toilet paper roll… it is the details, but if they want to charge like the new hotel they are and not like the EconoLodge they were, they need to upgrade the full experience.
The hotel does not have a lobby, making waiting for a cab and other basic activities uncomfortable. No extra amenities, just a clean room with regular service.

It is a boutique hotel so all rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The big plus is the location. It is perfect for the
city centre and 2 minutes to the Luas tram
There’s the option of freshly cooked breakfast, including the full Irish breakfast. You can ask for it to be tailored with what you would prefer from the options available and they ask what way you like your eggs!
Continental offerings, cheeses, cereal, juices and pastries etc.
Options for tea or coffee and table service. We were not disappointed! Staff in the restaurant really nice too!
