Well organized shared rooms (even if I would add ham and cheese) and good location in the very centre of the city, near Tempel Bar. Bad bathrooms and the locker costs unjustly too much (10 € even for very few hours!). The staff was not as kind to me as in other hostels I have been in.

We stayed in Kinlay House 2 nights at the end of August. The stuff is really friendly. The double bed room was small but enough for the price. The location of the hostel is great. You can reach the Temple Bar, other pubs and the train station in a few minutes. Next time in Dublin we will stay here again.

Close to city centre and Temple Bar. Cool paintings and art! Helpful staff and clean rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. Good safe storage lockers too. Didn't make it up in time for breakfast but there were lots of travellers cooking in the kitchen. Nice laid back feel about the place.

I'm not sure of the going rate but I found this place to be quite expensive. I also thought the internet connection to be poor particularly on the upper floors where you'd be lucky if you got any connection at all. Staff could be a little rude at times. I got charged for leaving my bags behind the counter which...

It really was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly; always on hand if you needed any help or direction. It has a great atmosphere, and it wasn't noisy at all when trying to sleep, which was surprising considering the number of people always about. The bathroom was plenty big enough and very clean, and there was...

Stayed in near enough 40 hostels over past 2 years and this was by far the worst!! Yeah okay great location but that IS IT. Depends if you like homeless people and drunks because there are plenty around the hostel. We stayed in the 24 bed dorm what a terrible idea unless you want stripped of basic commodities. 1) for...

Just stayed there for 1 night, the staff was very nice. I was with a friend in a 4 beds dorm, with 2 people that seemed really nice, I slept like a baby ! I really liked the paintings on the walls, Viking style, lovely & funny ! The toilets were not really clean at the end of the afternoon,...

A good place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff was nice, the place is quite old but clean, and you have everything you may need in the kitchen and the common room. Nice decorations, too. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day (tea/coffe, toasts, cereals). I slept in a female dorm, and was happy with...
