How much does a taxi cost from the airport to the hotel?
About 25 euros but the airline bus runs from the airport to Ballsbridge and then it a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel and only costs 6euros. The Sandymount does have a courtesy minibus, I’m not sure if it picks up from the airport but it’s worth asking

Are the rooms quiet at night?
Yes, we had no issues with noise, but we did stay when was not too busy. We did request a quiet room, and we got a room at the end of the corridor, away from the reception, the lifts, the dining areas etc. So important to request that in advance

"We stayed in room 326. It is a good size, light and airy and facing the front. Was also quiet on both the nights we stayed."
"Fourth floor"
"Be sure to get breakfast at registration unless you are set on eating elsewhere. It was an excellent breakfast."
"Rooms on floor 2 mean no stairs to reception or the restaurant. If you are noise-sensitive, ask for a room away from the bar"
"Get a room with opening windows. The hotel does not have air conditioning. Try the back of the hotel for quieter rooms."
