Myself and three friends visited on saturday last, we had a great stay and hotel was lovely. I booked two seperate twin rooms and paid for both upon check in. We checked out the next day and upon arriving home I discovered the hotel had charged a seperate card (which I used for booking) to the amount of nearly €300 that day-I contacted the hotel on monday and they could not understand why, the lady I spoke with advised someone from reception would look into it and come back to me before the end of the day. Heard nothing... contacted via email on the tuesday and again no response, checked my account today to find that some of the monies taken have been returned (minus the bank charge for changing sterling to euro) So all in all a really pooy reflection of this hotel and the value it places on its customers, no response, no acknowledgement, no apology, no explanation, and a charge on my account I have to cover, and two days left out of money...…
Excellent reception, very clean perfect spot. Close to everything! In the Temple Bar area would highly recommend it. Walking distance to everything > Not far from the airport , close to bus stops. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and clean. Nice waiting area while waiting to move into room. The staff offered wonderful ideas of where to go and how to get there.
Such a great location, very central and easy to find! The check-in staff were lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in nice and early! The reason for the 3-star review however, is because the Spa and Housekeeping were quite disappointing. Visiting the spa was possibly the least relaxing experience I’ve ever had. It was full of a group of loud males, shouting and splashing around getting everyone and everything soaked! The staff in the spa didn’t seem to be bothered. Not only this, but we had to pay for towels and lockers - not something that guests would usually be expected to do when visiting a spa affiliated with a hotel. Housekeeping didn’t attempt to service our room until around 6pm, when we were getting ready for dinner, and said they couldn’t do another time later so we had to go without. Despite this, the housekeeping carts with dirty food and launders remained outside our bedroom from morning until night - they were placed there when we went for breakfast and not removed until after we went to bed!…
Fabulous hotel. So central to many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is great. Check-in was so smooth and friendly (I forgot to get the girls name, but she was great). We dined in the restaurant and had some AMAZING cocktails. First off Nadia from Argentina was so amazing as a host. Morgan Hotel you are lucky to have this lady in your hotel. Finally, I'm a girl who likes an exquisite cocktail. Yeh I can order off the cocktail menu but I am happy to take a risk :). WOW Gabriel the mixologist did an amazing job. He was just not behind the bar, when I asked for 'mixologist choice', he came to the table, asked a number of questions before he did his magic. Just WOW, WOW fab cocktail Nadia and Gabriel, you made our night. Thank you.
Came to the morgan in a group night out and after all i heard about the place i was not disappointed!2 of the staff from portugal and with the same name, imagine that, took so good care of us!the cocktails are pieces of art and we spent the night just telling them what we like and they just made it with anything frangelico, whiskey, vodka you name it !the service is for sure 10 stars plus and really worth the visit Morgan we will see you soon

The location of this hotel is amazing. Right in the middle of pubs and restaurants. We could walk everywhere. Make sure to go to the bar, Gabriel, Rui, and Elcid will take care of you. They have the best staff!! Rooms were cool. We had the triple room and we had more than enough room. It’s also very reasonable, so check out their deals. Definitely coming back.
My husband and I just got back from staying at the Morgan Hotel. This was our first time in Ireland and we chose this place due to the location. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, helpful and professional. The room was clean, the shower was perfect, and the bed was amazing. The location was unbelievable. You are close to all the historical landmarks, pubs, restaurants, parks - you name it, it is there. We were able to walk to all the locations from the hotel and if we needed a cab, they got it for us in no time at all. We did one drink at the bar and had an excellent time talking with the other customers as well as the bartender. I had a smoking old fashioned which was all I could ask for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action.…
We visited Ireland for the first time and had the time of our lives! We decided to stay at the Morgan because of the centralized location in Dublin's Temple Bar district. Our stay there far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, and the location was very close to the pubs, restaurants and shopping. My absolute favorite thing about the Morgan, however, was the awesome staff. Our bartenders, Gabriel, Mike and Rui, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They were so friendly and made the best cocktails! The food was amazing as well. We spent lots of time at 10 Fleet Street at the Morgan. We were so sad to leave our new friends. I HIGHLY recommend the Morgan Hotel if you are traveling to Dublin, Ireland!
We had a fabulous stay in Dublin at The Morgan. The location was ideal with so many "must-sees" in walking distance. Our stay was made all the more pleasant by the attentive and friendly service. In particular, Gabriel Aquino and the bar staff, made excellent drinks, conversation and dining recommendations which put this visit over the top! The Morgan remains on our bucket list for another visit!
