Where do I begin? I'm not picky by any means but our room was very poorly kept. The carpet was dirty with dust all over the furniture. Our bathroom had mold & water damage on the ceiling and the shower had black mold all around it's base. We quickly figured out why. There were leaks in two spots. Whenever we...

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Dublin. The hotel is on the outskirts of Dublin near Phoenix Park (hence the name) and Heuston Station. The room had a comfy bed and the bathroom was large. The price was good and getting 'continental' breakfast included was a bonus - this was tea/coffee/juice, cereal & toast. As a base for visiting...

I was staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel for two nights from October 22nd until October 24nd 2016. I liked very much the hotel and my room at this hotel. But I think the breakfest provided was horrible. The breakpfast was far too bad and cheap and therefore I'd like complain about it.

We arrived just after 6pm cold, wet and unwell only to be told we had no booking and the hotel was full. We'd changed the date (confirmed by 2 emails from hotel staff) but the booking wasn't moved on their system. The receptionist confirmed she had the emails but that because the original booking hadn't been updated it had been...

Near to Heuston Station very handy as going onto Galway and airport shuttle too which stops there. Surprise breakfast was included despite booking confirmation. Rooms were spacious, clean and had immaculate bathrooms. Staff helpful in recommending great place for dinner

We had a good experience at this hotel. The staff were charming. The room was at the top and the back and it was large, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was very near Heuston Station so trams and buses were near and it was at the end of the airport bus line (Airlink 747) which is one of the reasons...

stayed here with my parents and sister. was very anxious about what it would be like as reviews weren't great. it was cheap as chips. my first impression was good as the staff were lovely, it is an old hotel, and probably could do with being refurbished, but it was clean and comfy, had tea and coffee facilities in the...

The staff were all very kind. However, I found the accommodations to be substandard. The continental breakfast was toast and you choice of 2 cereals. The water pressure for the shower was terrible. AND....there's no parking! They suggested we park about 12 blocks away in a parking garage...ridiculous!

Where to start, better get a cup of tea and relax, Booked this "hotel" if you could call it that as I was taking part in the half marathon in the Phoenix park so figured it was very handy for that. Arrived after 5pm and on arrival was informed that the money had been taking out of my account from...

This hotel is basic with some significant improvements needed to decoration in the room we stayed in. The mattress was in need of replacing urgently and some care and attention to small detail required, for instance the kettles plug was not long enough to reach the socket situated half way up the wall so had to stand holding it until...
