The hotel is located in the center with walking distance to all downtown attractions. Staff is very helpful and charm and the hotel gives the feeling that you are at home. We received quite and clean room on the second floor. The room is cozy and small. The only drawback is that there in not enough shelves in the bathroom... More

Came to Dublin for a couple of days for a birthday, the hotel is in a great central position, the staff helpful and polite. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice BUT the room left a bit to be desired.Tired paintwork, cracked tiles and a broken toilet roll holder in the bathroom didn't leave a good impression. However the big problem was the noise!... I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price was very reasonable and the location was excellent. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the low cost and central location, and I didn't mind that my room was somewhat small. For someone who plans to use their hotel as a jumping off point to explore the city (and not sit in their... More

Took a single room for a weekend. Room was small but otherwise fine. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Temple Bar. I was expecting a lot of noise from the street at night but there were no issues. Security at the hotel was good. Couldn't get in without giving your room and name over the intercom.... More

Hotel itself was not the greatest but the location is great. we ordered room service that never showed up even though they confirmed it twice in writing, the first room we had was ridiculously loud and might as well have slept in the lobby - they gave us ear plugs when we checked in so not exactly filled with confidence!... Four of us stayed here for one night at the week end. Great location and walking distance from the main shopping area of Grafton street and O'Connell street. The hotel is deceptive from the outside as it is a listed old building. Once inside, the decor is bright, modern and cosy. Complimentary tea and coffee is available at reception. Staff... More

It s a basic 3 star hotel - not more. Standard Rooms are in need of renovation/ modernisation but they have a good size and are very clean plus located excellent in Fleet street 5 min to Temple bar, Grafton & Henry street. Airport bus stops in 2 min Walking distance and rooms are relative quiet even in a busy... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in October with my 15 year old daughter. What a great location. We were in the center of all the action. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The staff were fantastic. The hotel is very old but well maintained. The building is actually a few buildings turned into one. This makes for odd and long... More
