The hotel is pleasant & clean. Not the best location for exploring Dublin on foot but doable. Enjoyed the restaurants in the area, especially the Queen of Tarts for breakfast. We stayed on a Friday & Saturday night, and could hear loud music late into the night coming from the Temple Bar area. Didn't get much sleep....

I just wanted a hotel in a good location near the major Dublin attractions. The Paramount is on the edge of the Temple Bar (in itself is a tourist trap by the way). Dublin Castle is just steps away as are other major must sees in Dublin. The staff here was friendly enough. My one major problem with this place...

The hotel is fine, the room is clean and not a bad size and the bathroom is ok. Unless you are prepared to pay a lot of money, rooms in Dublin are slightly dated. The hotel is very noisy until the pub closes and then you have piece. Some hotels are constantly noisy so this was good. Very close to...

To be honest we only booked this place because of the price and location but I think we would go back here just for a weekend in Dublin alone. The walk from the train station was easy enough,...

We stayed at the Paramount for New Year's Eve as a group of 3 couples. The location of the hotel was perfect for us within a short walking distance from all the main tourist spots and bars. The guy at reception was particularly helpful and friendly, especially when we arrived very tired at 8:30am to drop our bags! Despite check...

We were really impressed with the standard of the room we got. The staff were really friendly and the welcome we got makes all the difference. The location was really central so we thought the competitive price would mean that the room wouldn't be great. We were wrong. Great hotel over all. More hotels could take a leaf out of...
