Stayed in a temple lane with friends for a gig. I won't be complaining about the noise as temple bar is busiest spot in the country. We checked in for 3pm and got a dodgy welcome not pleasent almost getting stared down. Out of nowhere they asked us to put 100 euro down Incase of damages. The room for one night was €500 which was rediculous. When got into the room it's was stuffy very warm and tiny no facilities in the room such as a fridge or extra pillows the small things for the price we paid. The bathroom was very small the shower was nice bit tight squeeze the sinks a joke. The beds aren't comfortable and not full double beds with my side having a spring digging in to my side most of the night no air conditioning either again for 500 euro should be the case. The window are cheap and hear everything from outside they provide ear plugs to help the noise but it doesn't there not a great fit. All in all my time here was very disappointing for the price they charge and what you get is non credited by any means. Every thing is cheap and shirtcuts have been made. Hope they hire better and more welcoming staff as even checking out we forced to stay so they could go over the room Incase of damages. Never again.

Me and 2 friends booked a triple room for a concert to Kings Of Leon, the room cost us €500 for one night and when we arrived there was a double and a single bed. The room was way too small which coupled with the lack of AC or a fan meant the room was ridiculously warm. Earplugs are included due to the level of noise pollution however we expected noise to be an issue so close to temple bar. There is a hidden 100 euro security deposit which they demand in cash. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and practically useless. 0 amenities on site, literally more like a hostel than a hotel. I whole heartedly advise you to avoid this nightmare of a hotel.

Never again! €200 for one night. Booked a triple room for 3 friends and got a double bed and a single, despite the photos showing 3 single beds. Walked into the bedroom and all the beds had ear plugs included. Nightmare. The noise went on to 3 in the morning from local bars. Not one bit of sleep! Thee worst hotel - if you can call it that - in Dublin!!!

I have never stayed in a worse hotel. The room was too hot and I only had a tiny window and it was so hard to open it and it was also very hard to close it. The blind in the room was also too small for the window and was ripped. The bathroom smelled so bad when I arrived and it was tiny. There was also blood stains on the bathroom floor. The shower was tiny I didn’t even try to get into it incase I got stuck in it. The sink was also very small! The walls are paper thin! I was just asleep and next thing the people in the room beside started playing a tin whistle and making so much noise. I couldn’t sleep for ages as my room was closest to temple bar and it was too loud. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is right next door to Temple Bar. I will 100% not be ever staying in this hotel again and I will not be recommending it to anyone

Appalling! Trip Advisor won’t permit zero on their scale! Arrived to find our room dirty, stained bed, sheets & pillow cases; body hairs in the bed, uncleaned bathroom. Spoke with Reception gentleman who gave us an alternate room, which was identically dirty, stained sheets, with a heavily blood stained mattress clearly visible through the sheets, additionally dirty mugs & ‘fresh’ chewing gum on the chair. Spoke with Receptionist again who went through the complaints process as of this was a daily occurrence! Even giving us (without our asking) a printed sheet with complaints email address etc! Didn’t stay. Awful property, AVOID!

What can I say? It was almost funny it was so bad. My wife confirmed we were to stay in actual hotel and then we were put in another building. Rug was filthy and did not look like any of the photos. Sheets looked like they had blood on them. Just not acceptable and we left. They did provide a refund eventually.

We booked this for a 24 hour stay in Dublin when we came to see Ed Sheeran at Croke Park. We arrived early and we’re allowed to store luggage but the room wasn’t available at that time. After a lengthy wait with lots of young people carrying huge amounts of makeup we checked in. The room was small (and looking at the site plan it looked to be one of the bigger rooms). It appeared to have been furnished with budget Argos furniture that was past its best. The room wasn’t overly clean and the carpet needed vacuuming as there were clothing tags found and it just felt icky under foot. The bedding was clean and we were provided with extra pillows. The bed was actually very comfy. We went to make a cup of coffee but one of the cups was dirty so had to ask for a clean one. The bathroom was a joke. A tiny sink with a shelf directly above it which meant you couldn’t brush your teeth or even have a wash. The shower was hotter than hell and would only turn up hotter. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly. It was tired and needed a good clean. The temperature in the room was really hot which meant we opened the window - this was soon closed due to all the noise inside. The location is great though. The hotel has no sound insulation and the room above had a squeaky floor which kept us awake. Similarly our bathroom seemed to have the entire hotels water running through it and we could hear every toilet flush and tap running. We slept about 3 hours and checked out. The check out guy on reception didn’t say a word and just pointed. I’ve given it two stars which is generous based on its location in the main. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it (unless you like sleeping in noisy, dirty furnaces).

First of all, the location is awesome. Right in the heart of temple bar, you can walk anywhere. But that and the cleanliness were for me the only positives about this hotel. The room was very small, which is fine. But it was so incredibly hot. I had the window open and fan blowing for the entire duration of my stay. By the end of my stay (5 nights) it was just a bit cooler than when I arrived. I checked the radiatior three times, because I was surprised at how it didn't get any less hot in there. The bed is very small, and for some reason I had a two persons blanket, which pulled me off the bed. Woke up almost hitting my head on the corner of the table. Sheets looked clean though. Towels smelled a bit weird. The bathroom was even hotter than the rest of the room. It's made for people with size M and under I think, because I could only just squeeze myself into the shower through the tiny gap the doors opened to. I had to hold the tap to turn it open, only warm water. Even though the shower couldn't hold one temperature for one minute, it kept changing and was rather cold. I'm not a fan of rain showers, but that's just me. Oh the light above the mirror was broken. They did have shampoo and bodywash ready for use. It smelled very manly though so I didn't use it. Man who checked me in was rather tired I think, didn't look very welcoming. But the lady I checked out with was very nice. When you get back to the hotel after going out at night the door is locked, and the person at the reception who will open the door for you is probably asleep at the desk. That's what happened to me, about three times. Just knocking on the door woke em up though. So overall, I payed way to much for what I got, and I regret it. Much happier at my hostel now. But maybe the rooms for more than one person are better.

I was with friends who were at other hotels but booked this last minute and was highly impressed by the standard of room. The location is so good other smaller issues can be overlooked. If I am ever in Dublin again I would like to come back. Staff very helpful and friendly.
