Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

we knew we were in an attic room with a curtain and not a door but you could only walk up the middle without bumping your head which i did several times, there was little room to hang clothes and nowhere to dry towels as we were sharing a bathroom reached by a narrow spiral staircase. breakfast was listed as continental which these days i would consider more than cereal and bread/toast with jam/marmalade, some italian guests seemed to have eaten all the yoghurt which was not replaced, neither was the semi skimmed milk, on 4 mornings there were apples and bananas but neither on our last morning.the place was clean and the beds comfortable. i would not particularly recommend anywhere to eat in artane and the best method of transport is the dart train - make sure you get directions to the accomodation before you go as noone in dublin seems to know !
