I recently stayed and am currently on my second stay with this particular hotel and I must say I love the space and the staff! Julio, Amanda, Miranda and Marcus have all been so pleasant, attentive and friendly. From the birthday message posted on the whiteboard in my room to the complimentary birthday drink! I have several rooms booked for my family family night and although the meeting room wasn’t available due to COVID restrictions the patio was a great accommodation. The fire pit kept us cozy while being outside. Thank you so much to the staff, I really hope this message reaches management!

Visited the property just after reopening following Covid closure, and our stay was nothing but perfect. You know they go the extra mile for you to feel safe. The Front Desk staff is great, The concierge Gian Mario is extremely helpful, and Rose Mary (who takes good care of you both at Tenter's gastro pub and the breakfast area) is a star. Tenter's atmosphere, quality of food and value has no rival in the city center. Very good location just a few minutes walk from Temple Bar. Great 4 star hotel with fantastic 10 star staff. Will return as soon as I have a chance!

Stayed at the Aloft for two nights and I have to say it was lovely. The hotel was so welcoming and clean. I felt very safe durning this Covid time we live in. The food in tenters was so nice and we had a great choice. All the staff where lovely some of the names I picked up where Noel and Gary in tenters. Rosemary who was on duty and looked after us so well. Jeamarie I am sure not spelled right but had such a knowledge regarding wine. Serviced us a glass of wine like never before. We asked about a certain dish and a lovely chef came out and sold us on the dish. We also came across a lovely manager on the Sunday night didn’t get his name but asked us if we where ok. So over all we enjoyed our time away. Would recommend this hotel.

It was good. The room services were provided on time. A must try stay. Proper hygiene steps were taken during the whole quarantine period. The staff is helpful. The food was good too. Except for few non availability of items, due to the current pandemic. The rooms are spacious and great too.
