The house was very clean and pleasant. Full Irish breakfast very delicious. The location on the north side of the river, near the Botanical Gardens was only a few...

We were really disappointed for the price. Not polite and helpful when we complain about the bed bugs we found under the sheet after beating us during the night. Don't stay there and find another place!!!

It's a 20 minute easy walk into the city centre, or a...

My mother, my sister and I stayed at Botanic Villa our first three nights in Ireland. Everyone was so very kind, going out if their way to be sure we had everything we needed AND MORE! We also enjoyed visiting the Botanic Gardens that were just a short walk away. Beautiful!

This is a lovely little B&B and has the the most lovely, friendly and welcoming owner Sandra and Ken. We arrived and was in desperate need of a nice relaxing cup of coffee and instead was settled in with a full Irish breakfast. Deffinately recommend to stay here and will we will be visiting again 😆
