Our room at this B&B was just lovely, large and comfortable with a view of the lake across the road. Breakfast was excellent. Just everything was to perfection! We couldn't have been more pleased. Noreen was very helpful with directions to places and answers to every question.

Just returned to England after 3 nights at The Arches. Welcoming and hospitable, Noreen also has a keen eye for the little details which make a stay here so special. Excellent breakfasts, beautiful spotless house and bedrooms, stunning views of Lough Eske and the Bluestack Mountains from your bedroom window and the dining room. What's not to like about The...

This little B&B was a delightful surprise as just came across it by accident! Just outside Donegal town, you still have easy access (5-10 mins drive) to all the restaurants and entertainment of the town but the location feels like you are in the middle of countryside! The view of Lough Eske from the windows of the B&B are stunning...

A lovely B&B in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, arriving in the dark, and setting off early the next morning so we really could not take in, from what we saw in the morning, the magificent surroundings. The rooms were beautifully appointed and breakfast was excellent. Situated 5 to 10 minutes from Dongegal we came in...

Located on the edge of Donegal in a beautiful country setting this gracious two storey residence offers very well appointed rooms and lovely breakfasts all set in lovingly tended gardens and with views across the garden and paddocks opposite down to Lough Eske a superb lake. The McGinty family are gracious hosts as one has come to expect in Ireland....

I was fortunate enough to find this B&B on Trip Advisor and booked it for our trip in October 2012. It was the reviews I read here that convinced me we needed to stay. I hope I can convince others it is a perfect spot if you are in Donegal. Four of us stayed here for three nights and enjoyed...

Bathroom was absolutely wonderful, had a brand new large heater which was wonderful as we came in a little damp after hiking to Carrokeel. Noreen was even gracious enought to dry my shoes and do a bit of...

Stayed two nights at The Arches in mid September. It is in a good location to tour the northern part of Ireland and to view the beautiful Loche Eske. The property is very well maintained, both inside and out. The rooms are clean and have nice views of the lake. While is is outside of Donegal City it is only...
