Olive and Kieran were wonderful hosts for our recent visit to Cork. Our room was comfortable and breakfasts were delicious. The private parking behind their house was a great help in the city. Location was great as we returned our rental car to the airport and easily took a bus back to the city and walked from the bus station...

well what I can I say - Olive was so helpful and made us at home straight away. In fact the whole family were very friendly and helpful. Although it would appear to have no car parking they have secured some places around the corner in the grounds of the church. The house is central Cork and so is very...

Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I used their website to submit a booking enquiry and Kieran gave a prompt reply with the rates (which are very reasonable). Getting there is easy as both the train station and bus station are within close walking distance (about 12 and 7 minutes respectively). I arrived via train and walked...

Decided last min to stay the final night of our Irish bike trip in Cork, the Auburn was exactly what we needed, close to town (5 min walk) with secure parking for the motorcycles. Olive the lady of the house could not have been more helpful in any way, fresh coffee or tea on arrival with a choice of biscuits,...

Our hosts were so great and really started our trip off on the right foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking was in a secure car park. The B&B is well within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. We got so many pointers for what to do and where to go that it really helped us...

From the moment the front door was opened it was quite clear the owners were there to help in any possible way and it was appreciated. We had room 8 which gave us views of both front and rear of the house. Breakfast was excellent and service second to none and I would like to say thank you for the...

Felt so fortunate to have stayed at Auburn House for a trip to Cork City with my mum. It's in a great location, just behind MacCurtain Street, a short walk from the city centre, Shandon, and the bus & train stations, but still quiet and calm. We were doubly lucky to have the top room, which has a lovely view...

My husband and I stayed here for one night and really appreciate the hospitality of Olive. She was very warm and welcoming and wanted to make sure she helped us in any way that we could. We took a room on the top floor in which the window faced away from the main street. It was pretty quiet and our...

Stayed here for a few weeks on business. Competitive prices and the owners went out of their way to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend this place for somebody on budget & wanting to stay in the city centre

The owners are the sweetest people, so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with an ensuite. The breakfast was great! I liked the little Yorkie, she was very friendly. The location was close to downtown only a quick 5 minute walk - the walk back was up a steep hill.

Thank Karen C
