Loved our overnight stay here. Had a nice reception of tea and scones. Just what we needed after a long day of driving. Rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. Brekkie was incredible! Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Such a friendly welcome - the staff are fantastic, chatting with the locals and tourists alike. This friendly atmosphere, and the extensive breakfast selection, are why I'd choose the Garnish again. The room was typical B&B fare with a very small bathroom, perfectly adequate. Free parking.

Absolutely wonderful B&B. Good location. Excellent large room with many amenities. Breakfast had largest selection I've ever seen. Even kipper which my husband loves. Can't recommend this highly enough.

This Guest House is excellent. Clean good quality rooms, wonderful attentive staff and the best breakfast menu (with outstanding veggie options) that I have seen in any Hotel world wide. I have traveled the world and stayed in many exclusive hotels and theven Garnish offers the best veggie options I have ever had the pleasure to eat.

Location is a concerned, and not easy to find. Inappropriate accommodations for our needs and was quite inconvenient for anything other than visiting the University. Bathroom facilities need some attention. Helpful staff and attentive to our needs.

Stayed here for two nights a few weeks ago. The rooms (we had 2) were comfortable and clean. The location was great for us, as we were visiting my daughter at UCC (right across the street) and could walk to some great spots and cab/bus to everywhere else. The welcome was warm and kind, as was all the interaction we...

Garnish House is perfectly reasonable but I wouldn't say that there is much value to be had. As many other reviewers have said, the welcome is very nice with tea, scones, cakes etc and that's a nice touch. The rooms are fairly basic however for the price. I went in a group and no one said that their room was...

Myself and my friends stayed at Garnish House for the May Day bank holiday on a stag do and had the perfect stay. There were 16 of us in total and we were comfortably accommodated in twin rooms. In addition to the main building there are rooms in adjacent buildings so plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the...

Stayed one night in March 2017. Parking is very convenient on site and upon arrival we were offered coffee, tea and warm scones. We'd just eaten, but it was too sweet a gesture to turn down. The location is walkable to the town. My only (minor) gripe is that our king bed literally took up the entire room!

Garnish House is renowned for its breakfast spread, fit for a king. I've been coming here about twice a year for eight or so years and the menu remains unchanged. Why would it have to when above and beyond the ubiquitous Full Irish, which is BIG luckily they do half size too and a veggie version, there are delights for...
