Beautiful family run bed and breakfast. We stayed one night for concert. Lovely warm welcome, beautiful room and 10 minute walk to Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Very comfortable bed and woke to a breakfast fit for a five star hotel all hosted by this lovely family. Can’t recommend this B&B enough. Location perfect.

This was my second time staying at Carole Ville b&b and both experiences were brilliant ! Susan is so lovely and welcoming and rooms are newly renovated and of a very high standard . The location is great , bus stop right outside the door makes the city completely accessible. Great value for money, would definitely recommended !!
Just spent the weekend in Cork and stayed in Carole Ville B&B. It was such a wonderful experience from the minute we stepped in the door and were greeted by Susan until we left on Sunday we were made to feel like it was a home from home. Our room was spotless and breakfast was fabulous, a choice of both continental and cooked we were well spoilt. The B&B is in a fantastic position close to lovely walks and a bus stop across the road in to Cork city and plenty of help and information to places to see and visit from Susan. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to my next visit there! Maria O’Reilly (room 3 😊)
What an amazing experience. I went to Cork for my first time last weekend and Susan made my life much easier with her attention, kindness and passion. The room was really clean, the breakfast amazing and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I can’t wait to visite Cork and stay there again.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Carole Ville B&B. From the prompt response to the initial enquiry to checking out, everything was very professional and dealt with in a friendly manner. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from our host Susan who advised on dining options nearby and rang to confirm we would be accommodated after showing us to our rooms. The rooms were warm, bright, clean and airy, there were tea/coffee making facilities available. In the bathroom there was a range of toiletries and a lovely shower. A hairdryer, complete with attachments, was available in the drawer. The complimentary breakfast next morning was a continental style with a wide range of cereals, fruit, meats, cheeses and breads and various flavours of yoghurt, I can highly recommend the smoked salmon. Susan was continually topping up and ensuring everything was to our liking. Carole Ville is close to Pairc Ui Chaoimh and Live at the Marquee and suited our needs perfectly. I look forward to another visit to Carole Ville in the future.…
We visited Cork to see Crowded House at The Marquee in June 2022, and stayed at Carole Ville for one night. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The B&B was clean, tidy, warm. This was very helpful as it was cold and very wet when we went there! The bedroom was clean, the bed very good at supporting my weight, and it enabled me to sleep like a log. The curtains had a black-out lining which meant I didn’t wake up with strong sunlight in my eyes, not that we saw much sun in our one-night visit! The owner showed me to my room and showed how the heating could be turned up or down. There’s free wi-fi available, a must for any modern B&B, also a TV; if there was one criticism of the bedroom it would be that there wasn’t a mini-fridge, to keep my Diet Coke or medicines cold. Everything else was either good or better than good. Breakfast was a wide range of cereals, fruit, fruit juices, cold meats, cheese, breads, croissants, Danish pastries, teas and coffees, marmalade, jams, spreads and butter, and the owner Sue came round two or three times to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service and I would happily return there the next time we’re in Cork. I recommend this B&B.…
Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Live at the Marquee and Pairc Ui Chaoimh, a few minutes by bus or car to city centre. Susan is so warm and welcoming and is only too delighted to advise on parking in the city, busses, where to eat etc. Comfortable and quiet bedrooms, lovely shower, good breakfast. Parking on site.
Me and two other friends (about 30 years old) stayed in this beautiful B&B for 5 nights, visiting Cork and the lovely places of County Cork and the Cliffs of Moher during the day. Susan and her mother were extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and of quality (both sweet and salty), the room was spacious and very clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and well connected to the city center. The best B&b we could choose to fully experience the Irish atmosphere! Perfect also for families with small children.
