Loved the design. Loved the room, and the staff was great! This was a surprisingly incredible place to stay. Wish it was closer to other things but the walk isn’t bad at all and actually add to the experience. Request a city view so you’re not placed by the train station. It’s kind of noisy at the night. We stayed in The JOE suite and Loved the size! Our friends booked a more standard room and it was definitely smaller… heat can be a little issue at night… All the bedding seems to be real down and thick cotton so don’t be surprised if you get a little shhhhhweaty 😉. Nothing to worry about. This is Definitely THE place.

A very different hotel style wise to others we've stayed in. The room was very small as other reviewers have mentioned, but it was quirky. Somewhere to store suitcases and clothes would have been helpful in room. Noise was not an issue for us, very quiet in fact. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Swimming pool is small but still a lovely relaxing area. Staff all friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel. Hotel is well situated in the city. Parking was an issue but we got a parking spot in the train car park right beside the hotel-€9 per day. Overall a lovely relaxing hotel.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was perfect. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such an amazing atmosphere. When we arrived to check in there was music playing in the lobby. We were offered a complementary shot when checking in. The bar on the ground floor had music on both nights and a dj playing one of the nights. The cocktails in the bar are great. The room and bathroom are very modern but have great character. The pool and gym are fabulous and were never too busy which was nice! We ate in Sophie’s restaurant both nights and we can not fault the food or the staff. Although it was a busy hotel with music etc. Once you go to your room it’s very quiet, our room was facing the train station but there was minimal noise. The room has earplugs supplied if you need them. Overall, we had an amazing weekend in the dean and will definitely be returning. I would love to give a special mention to the staff, every single member of staff we encountered were so attentive and friendly! It was so refreshing to see as it’s hard to come these days.

What a stunning hotel complete with staff who were more than welcoming and helpful. Welcome drink on arrival, nothing was a problem and the bar and reception staff were more than helpful and the most friendly I have seen from a hotel. Had dinner in sophies on Saturday night which was beautiful with option to dine outside in a heated area which was gorgeous. Cocktails in the bar downstairs were amazing and a DJ in the lobby on Friday evening. Decor in the hotel and rooms was incredible and the pool area absolutely stunning & all kept at a super high standard. The location is perfect with everywhere being within a couppe minutes walk. Cannot wait to return!

We went to Sophies restaurant on Saturday night. What an amazing experience. As you walk in into the building the vibe is unreal. We got upstairs to the restaurant and the host was so nice, she took us to our beautiful table with lovely views, the place was full, but the service was excellent. Our server was nice, polite and attentive. We had the calamari and prawns to start with, a must, and cod and chicken for mains, both a 10 out of 10. The quality of the food was very very good, and the portions were massive, so we didnt have space for dessert, but I liked the most was the music, the dj, the vibe, the atmosphere...it is the place to go!! We will be back!! Thank you

Great hotel with brilliant facilities and even better staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a must. It’s a very stylish place and it’s well situated for the town centre and the Victorian Quarter. I couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Love the room amenities. Full hairdryer, robes and slippers, full mini bar and snacks, Netflex. The pool was so relaxing and a DJ in the bar at night. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was alone and felt safe but will be bringing the husband for a city break stay in the future. .
