Well located hotel, public spaces very clean, needs a bit of a refurb throughout though, some of which is underway. All staff were very smart, polite and helpful when necessary, worth 5 stars, accomodation was 3 star, breakfast fine but could have been better with some fresh fruit! The minor problems were not a deal breaker, I'd stay here again,...

From the moment we entered the foyer of Hotel Isaacs we felt comfortable and at peace. Dan on reception was very knowledgeable on the area and pointed out places to go based on our interests. The room was unusual with the glass tiled wall as seen in the picture but this gave extra light, and it wasn't as if you...

We stayed here for four nights (31Oct - 04Nov) and had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is currently undergoing refurbishment on a room by room basis and so there was no inconvenience caused during our stay. The room was large and modern with a great view overlooking the waterfall!.Parking is around the corner within the grounds of a...

The hotel is in a really good location. You are surrounded by restaurants, two beautiful ones on the property itself. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. The only bad bit for me was the lift, very small like a cupboard and I had to struggle with two cases to open two doors to get to it, but I...

Kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee. All utensils available if you wished to cater for yourself. Bedrooms were spacious and very clean. Enough beds to sleep 7 people comfortably....

Great location for getting around the city on foot. Fantastic staff in the hotel and Greene's restaurant . Fine large rooms - not the most modern but very nice and spacious. Would definitely go back there again .

Stayed 4 nights mid October. First night had room facing street and found it impossible to sleep. Front desk staff, Joanna was kind enough to change my room to the back of hotel for the next 3 nights. Much larger room but still had problems with noise in courtyard until restaurant closed at 1AM. Very good location, walking distance to...
