This is a hidden gem in Cork city, friendly, helpful staff, waterfall, Christmas tree, beautiful room, relaxing lobby and much more. Secure carpark. A short walk to Patrick's St. what more could one wish for. Top restaurant also there. Definitely my hotel in Cork from now on.
I am quite particular when comes to hospitality but honestly could not fault anything!
Check in & out with Gavin was very professional, we were explained where to park our car (minute of walk at local church), upgraded to Junior Suite-room was fabulous, really clean & comfortable…
Stayed twice and each time impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the spacious, well-equipped accommodation. Interesting old building, on a lively street, very handy for city centre.
Hope to return very often
This hotel is very close to restaurants, pubs, bus station, train station and downtown. The location is perfect. The room was large, clean and lovely with only a shower. The courtyard is very pretty, there is a restaurant, but only had breakfast buffet one day. This hotel was not…
The four of us were there for a family get together. We had a very big family room. The shower was a little small. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had many vegetarian and vegan options. The location was prefect too for exploring the city.
"If you need twin beds, I was informed they all face the Pub next door. Friday and Saturday nights they play very LOUD music!!!"
"Parking offsite, quiet, windows open for great breeze, hair dryer, tea kettle, iron and a pant press in room"
"Request a renovated room when making a reservation"
"Avoid a room over the courtyard/outdoor restaurant (noise)."
"Avoid rooms overlooking the noisy alley. Otherwise, bring ear plugs."
