Spent three nights at Hayfield at the end of our 25th anniversary trip. Room , food and service were all of the highest standard. What really marked this out as truly exceptional was the quality, care and personalized service provided by the Hayfield team for the family celebration we hosted for a group of 25 during our stay. It was absolutely flawless in all respects accommodating the needs of a group ranging in age from 3 to 83. The food, the room, but most of all the lovely service team of 3 made it an unforgettable event marking a very special time for our family. We started our trip at the Aman in Venice. Hayfield Manor stands righ up there at that level.

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute, excellent service from the moment we arrived to the time we left. WE used the pool which was super clean and a nice water temperature. The dinner in the restaurant was second to none and the breakfast was amazing. We couldn't fault a thing.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hayfield Manor Hotel recently, whilst attending and hosting a two-day business meeting there. Thanks so much to the wonderful events manager Tasha for organising everything with such professionalism and attention to detail. The meeting room (Boole suite) was so beautifully appointed, meticulously set up, the audio-visual was perfect, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the refreshments were on time and everything was delicious! Two attendees in particular who had special dietary requirements were blown away with the gluten-free refreshments, and said they’d never been presented with such a delectable plate of freshly made treats that were safe to eat, as they’re usually given shop bought gluten-free biscuits in other hotels. We really appreciate the chefs going the extra mile to make gluten-free treats for these two guests in my party. Our private dinner in the Vine wine cellar that evening was just sumptuous. Stanfer took such great care of us. Everything was perfect from start to finish. You can't beat the quality of local Irish produce, cooked to perfection. Luckily I don't live too far away from the hotel so I’ll be going back again next week for brunch at Bloom, the latest addition to this already luxurious property. Bloom, made entirely of glass, is a stunning light-flooded oasis in the rear courtyard of the hotel, decorated with beautiful floral arrangements, cushions and cosy blankets, serving brunch & cocktails four days a week at the moment. Finally I would like add to a special mention and thanks to the wonderful concierge Frank. We enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon in Hayfield Manor. The hotel has amazing rooms, food, drinks, spa and atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and made us feel so special. Frank the concierge welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our stay and David in the bar, makes a brilliant whiskey sour! We will definitely return and recommend to others!

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and plenty of nice areas to relax and read or have a glass of wine although we did have a delicious cocktail (cocktail Of the week or month I think, rhubarby?!) we had crab salad in the bar, very good and the home made brown bread was top drawer. bedroom decor and finishes really nice, lovely furniture and big bedside lamps. excellent pressure in the walk in shower which is always important for me!! Breakfast was delicious. Spa was lovely, especially the jacuzzi outside. I had a wonderful Elmis pro glow facial with Maria, Frank the concierge was especially friendly and very helpful with our arrival and departure and organising taxis and umbrellas. We used the hotel bikes to cycle into the centre too, this was a great facility. Highly recommend staying here, 5 out of 5 all the way!!!…

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Hayfield Manor - amazing rooms, food, drinks, leisure centre and atmosphere. It has the luxery expected at a 5 star hotel without being in any way pretentious. The staff however, really are what create such an experience. From the moment we arrived, Frank welcomed us and was very helpful through out the stay. All staff members couldnt do enough for us. Luxery stay and definitely a treat. Hopefully will get the chance to return again!

It was a very lovely room with everything so well thought out for comfort and convenience, to say nothing about the attractive decor. The bathroom also worked well and was attractively designed. Service was effective and everyone was most considerate. We also enjoyed he bar, which stocks very unusual Irish whiskeys to savor, and the breakfast has a vast selection of delicious choices. We would make this our first choice in Ireland.

Beautiful manor hotel located within walking distance of Cork City centre. Rooms were immaculate and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in. Breakfast has a great amount of choices on the menu and the food was excellent

Wife and I stayed Sep 3- 5. The hotel is lovely and so are the grounds. The staff are charming and caring. The breakfast was delicious and the bar is a great place to enjoy a nightcap. The hotel really made our visit to Cork special.
