This was certainly a five star experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were most friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Food was of excellent quality and they produced lots of gluten free options.

Hotel's Favourite
I regularly stay at Hayfield Manor and make now pretence to be anything other than a fan. When I learned that it would reopen after several months of Covid-19 lock down, I booked for the first night. While some extra health and safety measures are obvious, the welcome is as warm as ever, the service just as attentive, the decor consistently beautiful and the ambiance both comfortable and decadent. While the smiles may be from behind plastic visors, Hayfield Manor is still flawless. From Frank and Michael’s friendly greeting at the door (and theIr “nothing is too much trouble” attitude is still apparent). The whole experience is both reassuringly safe, and reassuringly familiar. The best.

Like most people, we missed out on birthdays and anniversaries, so decided to treat ourselves to a two night stay at Hayfield. This was more a special occasion as it was our last "hurrah" before our baby arrives at the end of the summer. Check in was quick and I formative by Ruth who also helped us with our dinner arrangements. As the weather was amazing we had drinks that afternoon in the garden before our dinner. We had dinner the first night in Perrots and the second night in Orchids, both the same menu at present but that didn't bother us in the slightest. We are both coeliac and we were catered for so well. We had room service breakfast both mornings. We had spa treatments also which were very enjoyable. (The heat was a bit unpleasant but we were in a heatwave which is not the hotels fault). All in all we were very sad to leave on check out. A big thank you to Ruth, Ellie, John and Shannen for helping us to have a very enjoyable stay. We cannot wait to return.

Staff were top of the range. Couldn't do enough for us. Luxurious venue in a great location. Huge shout out to Frank at the door, a proper gent, and Evander who made sure our stay was quality throughout. Food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommended.
