We stayed for three nights and had a very relaxing break sustained by wonderful food and excellent service. The hotel offers a good range of quiet areas to relax and is within walking distance of Cork city centre.
Just returned from a spa break. We had never stayed in Hayfield Manor. From the moment we approached the front door we were given such a warm reception. The attention to detail was splendid. We had Spa Treatments booked for early morning & the facilities were superb. The Massage treatments were far superior to other hotels. The outdoor jacuzzi was unreal in the crisp January air, just what we needed with all the restrictions in the past 2 years. The sauna, the steamroom, the swimming pool, the leisure centre every facility was flawless. We ate in the Manor Bar in the afternoon, soup & bread just what you need in the middle of the day yet saving oneself for dinner in the evening. The ambiance in the foyer was so relaxing, a roaring fire in the corner, plenty alcoves for guests to relax & enjoy the pianist. Many hotels could learn from you. The dinner last evening in the Orchid Restaurant was such a fantastic experience. You had a new 8-course menu and we were only expecting a 4-course. Each and every course was beautiful, great credit to the chef. All dietary restrictions were catered for at ease. The sommelier who helped us with the excellent choice of wine was brilliant at his job. We should have purchased a few bottles to bring home!. The rooms were so richly furnished, the bathroom was truly impeccable. Everything was included and more. Absolute luxury & the beds were spacious. Staff could not have done anything more. The breakfast menu was far superior to anything we have ever experienced in other hotels in all our years of travelling. The top accolade has to go to the concierge, Frank. He was super vigilant. Nothing was too much. He could read one's mind, from time of entry to time of exit. Luggage being delivered to the room, anything that was needed he just made it seem effortless. His name was Frank. Take a bow. We certainly will be back to stay in Hayfield Manor Hotel, yours has to be the BEST hotel stay ever. It was flawless. We will recommend you to all our friends & family. You deserve every award available. Well done to each & every single member of your staff.…
A wonderful weekend spent in Hayfield Manor where attention to detail is their specialty. Greeted upon arrival by the fabulous concierge, Frank, who went out of his way to ensure we had a most enjoyable weekend. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious and so clean. I would highly recommend a stay in Hayfield Manor. Thank you to all of the staff who looked after us so well.
Where do I begin! This experience was exceptional from arrival (the wonderful concierge, Frank) to departure. Beautiful facilities (old world charm meets modern elegance) and fantastic food, but the stand out feature was the warmth and welcome of the wonderful team who looked after us and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Spa treatments were also amazing. I will definitely be back.
We loved this hotel its beautiful, cozy, wonderful food, the bar and the bartenders are awesome but what made our stay the best was John Burchill. We had an issue and he was on it!!!!! He personally showed up to make everything right including carrying our luggage to the next room. John is the kind of Manger that every hotel needs. Thank you John for making our stay perfect we will be back and we will recommend you and this hotel. John gets five stars

We had a very good stay here, which included a family dinner event for a birthday celebration. The hotel restaurant is very good. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is good - not far from the city center. The Manor House has been well modernized whilst retaining its old world charm.
Our two-night stay at Hayfield Manor was magnificent! A beautiful, luxurious manor both inside and our. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed for a wonder night’s sleep. All of the staff members were warm and caring. The receptionists were knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. The Manor is absolutely breathtaking and exceptionally clean. Breakfast and our evening meals in the restaurants were delicious with attentive and friendly staff members. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful. Thank you Hayfield Manor for an amazing time that helped our trip to Ireland become even more special.
