Hotel's Favourite
From start to finish, the welcome at reception by Ed, to the management and team throughout the hotel, we received 5 star service. Our room with a lovely balcony overlooking the fabulous gardens was very spacious and very comfortable. Dinner and drinks in the bar during what looked like a very busy evening for the staff was fab. Sandra was our server. She was just great, friendly, courteous and professional. The bar mananager Martin was very professional and as hands on as you would come across, plus an entertainer. Katie served us our meal and checked us back. Again, another friendly and courteous manager. The food we were served was 5 star. We could not fault anything. Our wives availed of the spa the following morning and they had a fantastic time. I'll ensure they follow up with a review. We had our breakfast in Bellinis. We were looked after by Emma, Martyna and Hugh. The breakfast was beautiful and served swifly during a busy time. This was plated breakfast. You rarely come across such swift service at breakfast. We spent time in the leisure centre pool. Great to be able to go for a swim these days. Brian was on the desk. He guided us throw all the set up and how to do things safely. The Maryborough Hotel is a great hotel to visit during these trying times. We felt safe at all times. The hotel is spotless. We will definitely return. Thanks for such a great stay.

My wife and I stayed for our wedding anniversary, and can recommend it highly. Fantastic customer service in all areas. We booked a night dinner package. The food in the dining room is restaurant standard with excellent presentation and service. We had a beautiful room overlooking the garden and were treated to wine and a sweet treat plate to mark our anniversary, this was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Great choice for breakfast , we can recommend the mixed omelette and buttermilk pancakes. The couples spa area is very relaxing. We will definitely be back ! Well done to Shane and all the team.

Booking over the phone was simply and at an amazing price given that my husband and I were staying for 2 nights dinner and breakfast included at the executive room. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless, we have an amazing view of the garden and Manor and our very own balcony. The restaurant dinner is of 5 star quality and the breakfast was very tasty with a traditional Irish breakfast. We had access to the thermal pool which I highly recommend as this was paradise! I don't usually book hotels as I am not a fan of staying in a small room but this was an exception. Brilliant service form friendly staff that always made sure we were having a good time and provided us with anything we needed. I highly recommend the Maryborough Hotel for couples who desperately need a break in luxury.

Outstanding service and food. Clean and spacious hotel accommodation. Bridal suite was exquisite. A beautiful venue for a wedding and excellent service from the day we booked, throughout all of our meetings with Ellis, our mini breaks there and our wedding itself. I can not fault it. The butternut squash soup was a firm favourite with our guests. Thank you all for the best weekend of our lives ye made it truly special. Can not wait to return again
