This is a great tourist class hotel. Not fancy, but clean and so friendly. Especially want to recommend Chantelle in the bar/restaurant. She welcomed us after a long flight where we lost our luggage. Advised us how to get to the park where Elton John concert was being held (she was going as well), and took a genuine interest in our visit. All other staff were quite friendly and welcoming as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
Stayed at Jury’s for the Cork Marathon. We arrived at 11 but couldn’t check in till 4, so we went for a wander around. The weather was particularly bad so we went back to the hotel about 2:15 and sat in the lobby. Many people arrived to check in while we sat there, and we’re all given rooms. Asked again and we’re told check in wasn’t till 4. When we finally got our room it was opposite the stairwell and the housekeepers room, and doors were being slammed incessantly. All other hotels we have stayed in for marathons put on an early breakfast for the runners. Unavailable at this hotel. We should’ve stayed two nights but checked out after one. Luckily there was a lovely man at reception when we checked out and he gave us a refund for the second night, something we weren’t expecting but were very grateful for.…
Descent hotel, +3 star category. Rooms refurnished and breakfast grat and fresh. Location central ext to bus stop and all attractions within walking distance. They have also some parking space for approximately 20 cars ar Maybe a bit more, but not more than 30.
Staff were lovely. Arrived early and exhausted and after a short wait managed to get our room early. Room was pretty standard but really comfy bed with crisp clean, white sheets. Great location for exploring Cork. Breakfast was a standard buffet affair.
The hotel is in a perfect location. We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert in The Marquee. It took just 20 minutes to walk to venue from the hotel. Also it is only 5mins from the city center if you're on a shopping getaway. The rooms were perfect and breakfast which was a buffet was fine. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again
Just stayed one night, room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and bed comfortable. Had few drinks at bar later in evening, barmaid didn't look like she was having a good day. Some table's could have done with a good clean. Check in and out very good. Didn't try breakfast. Would stay again
We had a lovely stay here, we stayed here while attending a concert in the Marquee. We had a great stay, it is very clean staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend you stay here and would be happy to stay ourselves again here.
Room was very noisy, cash only for all services in Hotel as cards were not accepted. Staff were friendly and professional and rooms were clean. Fans were provided. Breakfast and Parking are not included in price of room.
accommodating desk staff, location in the city center but a couple blocks away from the loud activity. This is a comfortable hotel and location for Cork. The bar and restaurant looked inviting although I didn't use it. I was quite happy with the choice all in all.
I came down to work in Cork City for the ED Sheehan concert that was being held. I stayed in Jury’s for the duration of my work , I found the staff to be very welcoming and accommodating to my every need while staying . I would also like to recommend a certain worker a blonde girl I believe her name to be Sophie for her hard work in the time I had stayed . She worked almost every night we stayed and was a very chatty lovely young lady , I wish her the best in the future and hope she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work putting up with myself and my colleagues . I really would recommend Jury’s inn as a place to stay while ever visiting Cork
