Dear Guest I am so very sorry to read of the disturbances you experienced whilst with us, it is absolutely unacceptable and I can only apologise unreservedly. We take guest security very seriously indeed and whilst I can understand your frustration I hope that you will accept my assurance that we have dealt robustly with the situation. Came here mid February with wife. Booked the classic double room. The room was quite small, and the bathroom tub did not drain....very disappointing and difficult to use especially when you're standing on a tub of water as you're washing yourself. The tub had some mildew which made the entire experience not as good. Heat was not turned on, so...

Nice stay at this hotel. Foyer , bar and restaurant a real attraction . This is an old hotel albeit with a recent renovation. Stayed in front corner room and was quite a noisy side street. Staff friendly and superb location.

Based on the fact we had a three night stay and a booking was made 5 months in advance I requested on three separate occasions that we could have a room upgrade....This did not happen and there was no mention on check in! Our room was VERY small and overlooked the car park and other buildings out the back of...

Myself and my partner stayed here from 13/02-15/02 we booked a normal double room through booking.com and early check-in as we had to get ready for a friends event. When we got there our room was not ready as to book an early check-in you need to ring the hotel and inform them ( for anyone that will need it)...

Hotel and staff were very nice. Room was a bit small but could have looked for larger room if I had known. Great location in city centre staff were very helpful and great pubs and restaurants near by.

This is an established city centre hotel. We had great service from start to finish, only stayed one night during a quick visit to Cork. The location is ideal you can walk every where in the city centre. All the staff were very good, welcoming, polite, pleasant and efficient. Thank you. Room was clean, warm and spacious.
