We had a lovely time in the Imperial Hotel in Cork. The only problem was we could have done with a walk in shower as a bathtub was a bit of problem for my wife. I have been in the Imperial Hotel on many times because the location is great

We were looking for a city centre location, what we got was a home away from home. From the moment we stepped in the door Geraldine welcomed us. Warm and friendly. James made us feel at home and at ease straight away as if we were regulars returning instead of first timers! That’s such a special feeling and one which really is appreciated. Emma in Sketch was lovely and took great care of us. Hotel and the room itself was bright and clean and modern. We met friends in Sketch for drinks and dinner. The drinks like the food and it’s presentation were modern and tasty. It’s not the place for traditional sit down 3 course meal. Sketch vibe was relaxed and enjoyable, very different to the previous reincarnations of the restaurants there. Not stuffy copying anything else but a destination in its own right. Definitely a place to return to on night out.
