Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here for a night for the jazz festival. The atmosphere is electric! Music playing all over the place and a hive of activity. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location. The room decor was really modern and funky but our room was very small. It also looked into maybe a generator or something and the noise of it was loud and kept us (well me) awake. Could hear noise from early on in the morning also. If we had a different room I’m sure I’d be more positive. Overall though I still enjoyed our stay and would stay again albeit in a different room!!

We had very enjoyable 2 night stay once again In The Imperial. We had dinner which was superb. Breakfast each morning was cooked to order, everything was fresh and served beautifully. The staff at check in & check out were friendly, efficient and accommodating especially Suzie. The dining room & bar staff were also excellent. The rooms were warm, comfortable & tastefully decorated. Keep up the good work, we will be booking again
