The location was fantastic- 10 minute walk to the centre :) We stayed in a 4 room apartment, all of the rooms within the apartment had en-suites which was great for a large group! The furnishing was all IKEA which is pretty standard for student accommodation so I thought it was alright for the price we paid. The entry into the car park was kind of awkward but once we got it sorted it was fine. A bit loud at night but this could be due to government restrictions and pubs closing at 11pm! Overall a great stay and totally worth it

We stayed as a family in a five bed apartment, all rooms were en-suite. The apartment was very well maintained with a minimal but well very functional style. The apartments are modern and very well insulated and so can be warm. The windows only open slightly but this can be increased a little further by removing a clip. The apartments have an underground car park which was excellent for exploring the local area. The City centre is 5 mins walk with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Checkin and out was seamless and automatic, we never encountered any reception staff probably due to the Covid-19 measures. Car parking gained via an automatic gate activated by telephoning a number. Apartment access was via key cards located in a lock box accessed by a combination code.

The apartment was very spacious. It had a big kitchen and living room area. It was well equipped with appliances in the kitchen. The bedrooms were all en-suite. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with towels and toilet roll. The location was fantastic. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Oliver Plunkett street where you could try lots of different restaurants and pubs. It is an ideal location for people who want to shop in cork city or enjoy the night life.
The apartment was very hot though, we had to have the windows open fully all day, it was still hot to sleep in the rooms at night you didn’t need the duvet on you at night.
The beds were also a small double so it was a bit of a squeeze for two adults sharing it.

Booked a double room on Booking.com 3,5 months in advance of a weekend trip and was delighted with location and fees at the time. 2 weeks before time, the reservation was cancelled without any notice.
I also had asked for a parking slot (on offer at the time of booking) but was told the week before I got cancelled that I was on a waiting list...
Forced to book something way more expensive and not convenient because of this...
The worst booking experience I've ever had. Just plain poor.

Blown away by this place!

Brilliant location and very spacious apartments.

Highly recommend

When we arrived the apartment had no hot water, and within half an hour we were moved up to a new one with even better views and better rooms.

They ticked all the boxes

Great to deal with

Absolutely disgraceful had it booked months ago as we meant to be going to a concert and out of the blue they cancel with no reason given. I can only guess the room was given away at a higher price or something. Will never book here again and id advise other people not to either.

This place is a student accommodation so the rooms are a separate area to the lounge are & every area is accessible by a card system
It was clean but the water pressure is terrible & it's stuffy even with the window cracked open plastic mattress that you could feel the base of bed underneath. It feels like prison quite frankly. Adding to this we got trapped in the downstairs carport & all the numbers provided including for hatch reception did not answer, so we had to call a security company! Worst experience ever...

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location. Lots of rooms in the apartment all with en suite. This is a student hall with vacancies in the summer when the students move out so it does come with a degree of wear and tear. Receptionist very helpful. Mattresses not very comfortable and fairly noisy from the street and local pub.

Stayed for 2 nights with my partner and 4 bug enough kids from 11-16

Pros: spacious clean 5 double bedrooms all en suite big enough sining/kitchen area with amenities. Location city centre good.

Cons: in times where things to do in the evenings are very limited there isnt 1 tv in the place for me that's poor.
Theres no air con which made the place very stuffy all windows had to be opened which then leaves you exposed to the city noises then.
All doors have springs which led to a lot of banging doors. The couch in the dining room was shocking I've sat on more comfortable Rock's!

Great location very clean spacious but €450 for 2 nights not value for me.

Booked 4 bed apartment but received 5 bed. Large apartment and bedrooms which were great. However, noisy outside in the evening as pub close by and traffic busy so sleep difficult as humid and could not keep windows open. Gym not open to summer short term guests which was a bit disappointing. PlayStation remotes removed and no tv facilities (which we knew about) made the evenings not as good as they could of been for a short break with teens. I also didn’t like the fact that there was no face to face customer service interaction at all. I gave 4 stars as it is a budget large apartment in Cork city which is fine for 2/3 nights.
