I stayed here whilst in Cork on business. Check-in was nice and easy, and staff welcoming. The room was modern and clean, the bed very comfortable. And the shower was excellent, very refreshing after my morning run. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, and what I had was tasty and enjoyable. This is a hotel I’d happily stay in again, no complaints at all.

The women working the front desk were so very rude. First, they had me in a handicap room, so the small sink was at my mid-thigh and there was a chair in the shower. Then, when I went down to switch rooms, they were rude to me about it and unable to switch my room because they were fully booked. There is nothing about this hotel that should make them feel superior so I’m not sure what the attitude was about. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Cork is so lovely. No need to ruin the experience with this hotel.

Bed extremely comfortable, shower lovely, night time security gaurd absolutely lovely know both nights an absolute credit to the hotel really lovely man Breakfast an absolute disaster ...couldn't find our group booking on the booking sheet , no toast, beans, juice on the buffet had to ask for a refill, croissants stale...asked for beans told they only put 1 tin out a morning and it was all gone to then get the scrapings on a bain Marie in a ramekin 10minutes later, as a vegetarian found this disappointing . Check in very messy again an issue with the group booking couldn't be found for about 10minutes... Veggie tikka massala was hands down one of the best vegetarian meals I've ever had absolutely delicious although my friend said her steak was very fatty . Great location, lovely staff , decent price…

An absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, inviting and very central. Our room (although all they had left was an accessible room), was spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly, and more than accommodating. 100% will return to stay again.

We did not really like this hotel. Getting to the check in is difficult with traffic, and there is not onsite parking. The check in was fine, but there is literally no service. Nobody helped with bags, told us about the hotel or any kind of information. The king bed available turned out to be small, dark and overlooking an alley. When I asked for a different room they said no and wouldn't even see what was available, even as an upgrade. I do not recommend this hotel.

good location (even though it is downtown, you can't hear the traffic), clean and tidy - adequately to the standard. luggage storage if you arrive too early. They do not have adapters for EU sockets - take them with you :) breakfast very good.

Great hotel in heart of the city. Rooms were very good quality, would stay again and highly recommend. Stayed for an event in the marquee, hotel ordered us taxi from the door, to the gate of the marquee. Ideal location. Shops and bars within walking distance.

Very central hotel with friendly staff thoughout the property. Great lunch and evening food in bar. Down side, nearest catpark not the reduced rate car park. Reduced car park over by city hall, so in the rain with luggage is not the best. Never told of when breakfast was been served from when i checked in.

Maldron hotel is close to everything. The mall, Shops, buses, restaurants, etc.. Near the river Liffey just in case you want to hang out and watch ppl or traffic (yes, that’s fun sometimes..lol) . Updated, modern shower, soft comfy be, lovely hotel. All the staff are very friend,y and are always there to help you . Wanted to Thank Alice (day) & John (night)for their help. They held our suitcase when we had gone for a bit and were very helpful & kind . The full breakfast is worth it & had good variety of food. Felt safe there and around that area. Great experience all around! Thank you for a lovely staff & hotel!
