Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed 4 days/nights here, easy check in with friendly staff.
My apartment had absolutely every item one needs to fully self cater, kitchen was fully stocked.
Hygiene and cleanliness was amazing. All staff wearing masks also, sanitizer available constantly.
Wifi was excellent and I was able to work.
Thankyou

Clean, comfortable environment with a friendly staff. Walking just minutes away from city center and close to excellent bus service. The price was reasonable and I would happily recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting Cork City. This was my first visit from Colorado and will look forward to many more.

Very clean. Great location particularly for any business at UCC. Great value. Easy walk to City Centre. Water temps were a bit tough to figure and poor water pressure, but that's about all I could complain about.

I stayed in Cork during the Jazz festival having stayed in a number of hotels over the years. College View apartments is my favourite by far, you get such a lovely warm welcome on checking in that you can feel the difference between this privately run establishment and the impersonal and bland offerings from the chain hotels. We stayed in a one bedroom studio apartment which was really nice and I would definitely come back in a larger group and stay in one of the bigger apartments which look good. The decor is freshly done and modern and you can get breakfast down the road from their sister establishment Killarney guest house. It would be better if it was made clearer you had to go to the Killarney to pick up your keys as we were driving around for a while to find it when the Killarney is much more clearly marked. It is a 10 minute walk back in to the centre but it is in a busy area and it is cheap to get cabs back at night.

What a great place. I usually stay in hotels whilst travelling and I get tired of staring at 4 walls. When I saw these I would give them a try. I am so pleased I did.

First Parking and plenty of it and very secure.
Second: Very warm welcome when I arrived.
Third: Found apartment and was pleasantly surprised how spacious it was. Had a quick nose around and it had everything I could possible need for a weeks stay. Fridge, cups, plates, knives, forks, pots and pans etc. All I needed to provide was food.

Apartment was lovely and warm considering it was rather chilly outside. there are heaters if you want to add a little warmth which I only found myself doing very rarely.

There is a lovely comfy sofa which is a welcome site after a hard days work, This is really what makes the difference. It is great to come back from work and chill on a comfy sofa. Yes hotels have them but they are usually uncomfortable sofa beds.

Wifi is free and fast, perfect for streaming Netflix as the range of channels on the tv is not that great.

Bed was very very comfy. Had a memory foam pillow which gave me one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time.

No bath but a great shower which stays at the correct temperature.

I hope I get to visit cork again so I am able to stay here again,

appts. booked by group of friends, 2x2 bedrooms appts and 2x1 bedroom appts, All appt lovely and modern, though hot water was a bit unpredictable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. BIG COMPLAINT.... the 2 x2 bedroom appts. turned out to be an upstairs double en-suite room with 2 single beds downstairs or sofa bed. The only access for all 4 guests was through the upstairs bedroom which was open plan!!!! No privacy and though we are all good friends in each of theses appts were 1 couple and 2 seperate sex friends. When we complained about this we were told that they gave us these particular appts because they were nicer than the 2 bedroom ones we were supposed to get. We were offered a move but as we were just on our way out for the day and only had another day of our trip to spend we declined the swap. We were however refunded an amount off our original price with a lot of haggling. I would reccomend this to single travellers or couples not wishing to share but check your getting what you've paid for if booking a 2 bedroomed appt. No matter how good your friends are you don't want to traipse through their bedroom to the toilet al all times of the day or night!!!!!!

We stayed here as we have a young baby so wanted self catering accommodation which was close to the city centre

The apartment itself was clean & comfortable. Only issue being the shower which had very low pressure & was very hard to fix to an appropriate temperature. We did inform staff about this but nothing was done. It has a central enough location - about a five minute walk to the city centre which is all a straight road so easy to navigate.

Checkout from the apartment was at 12, we believed it to be 1 so had gone to grab lunch before our homeward journey. Upon our return the cleaners had cleared our room of the few items left (mainly items to feed baby before setting off) & these were in black bin bags at the door. My husband asked was that everything, this was confirmed so he cleared them & we fed baby in the car. Arriving home I was very upset to find an expensive leather jacket which was hanging over one of the chairs in the apartment was not in our possession. When we phoned, the receptionist told us nothing had been handed in but he would get the manager to phone us back in morning. No phone call was received. My husband phoned again & the manager said her staff hadnt handed anything in … We asked if she could speak with them. She said she would get back to us. NO PHONE CALL. My husband phoned again & informed her that the police would have to be informed.

I would have recommended this apartment because its location was handy & the facilities were overall good but I would never recommend anyone stay anywhere where management would not at least investigate such an incident

DISGUSTED!

I was for one night here with my wife and the place is a very bad experience. Everything is too old, we were in an apartment and is very difficult to say something good about the place. Very small, very old, the wifi doesn't work and if you want to sleep at night... Forget the idea, the only thing you can do is heard the noise of the cars through the road...
I'm sure that there's best options in Cork better than this place, not recommended.

The apartment is very fresh neat tidy and well finished. It has wooden floors, large flat screen tv in the lounge and a second small flat screen in the bed room.

The property has free internet excess and ample on site parking. Collecting and returning key is easy from the hotel next door. It is a gentle 8 minute walk to the English Market in Cork town centre.

Great apartment great location I would have no hesitation in recommending it.
