Blarney Caravan and Camping Park, is 4 star touring holiday park situated 3 km from Blarney village. There is a ‘heart of the country’ feel about this award-winning touring park, yet the city of Cork is only an 8km drive. What makes this friendly, family run park so appealing is its secluded location and neatly laid out, open appearance. This Campsite has spacious hard standings, ample electric hook-up, a camper van service area and a separate area for camping. The park is well sheltered and gently sloping, commanding views towards the world famous Blarney Castle and the surrounding countryside. Easily reached from ferry ports of Rosslare and Cork, this Park is ideally located to explore the beautiful South of Ireland including the legendary Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle, Cork City, Cork City Gaol Kinsale, The Old Midleton Jameson Distillery, Cobh Heritage & Titanic Centre, Fota Wildlife Park and Ireland’s spectacular Southwest coast. A regular bus service runs from Cork City to Blarney Village. Also on site is a beautifully maintained 18 hole Pitch and Putt Course.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A very warm welcome as soon as you arrive, it was obvious that nothing was going to be too much trouble for the team on reception. The camp site is beautiful manicured with flower borders, well trimmed hedges and immaculate dressed areas. There are a selection of options for ablutions with the individual shower cubicles separate and available for everyone, this means if a lot of men or women wish to use them at any one time there are plenty available. We found the wifi erratic during peak use but strong and reliable at other times. The campers kitchen, dinning and lounge areas were well furbished and comfortable. The walk into Blarney is on rural roads with no pavement and caution should be observed but the walk is worth it and the bus stop in the village is easy to find. Of the 5 camp sites we stayed in during a tour of ROI Blarney Park was the most appealing.

3 night stay here whilst touring.
Lovely well kept site.
30 minute walk to Blarney.Chinese or pizza takeaway and a fuel station which had snacks and drinks.
Part of the walk to Blarney has no pathway.
Regular bus service from Blarney to Cork city, approx €3 and takes approx 20-25 minutes.
Plenty of nice places to walk including Blarney Castle and gardens.
Shop on site has a few essentials.
There are washing machines and Dryers and also lines provided for driving outdoors of the weather is good.
Free showers, TV lounge/camp kitchen area.
All in all a good well kept site with everything you need

Really great location for Cork and Blarney and fab facilities. Very tidy and well kept site. I did come across a man stuck in the shower as the handle had broken, but found staff nearby and they quickly had him out! Try to arrive with change as the laundry machines only take coins - €6 for a wash 👍🏼

A lovely campsite, beautifully maintained and really friendly owners/ staff. The owners were really good at telling you about the local area and buses etc. Two sets of toilets/ showers and unusually for Ireland the showers were free of charge! The toilets/ showers were always clean. The site is outside of Blarney itself but it wasn't a problem as we cycled into the village. We also cycled into the village and got the bus into Cork. It's only a 30 minute bus ride and cost 2 euro's each way, so very cheap.

We had a last minute stopover for 1 night in our VW camper at the Blarney campsite. Despite running a few mins late the host kept reception open for us to be able to enter the site and check in. It’s a small but perfectly formed site with well kept grass areas, small play area and great, clean amenities block with toilet, showers, laundry, tv room and campers kitchen. Beautiful spot, 2.5km from blarney castle. Heartily recommend!

We are leaving tomorrow after 5 fantastic days of our holiday. ( And may be back if the next site is not so good . )

The site is very quiet apart from the crows and the occasional plane landing overhead neither of which bothered us .
The facilities although not used by us are exceptionally clean and extensive plus I believe the showers are free.
The staff have been very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return if this way again.
Blarney is well worth a visit and the pub is very friendly and got more tvs than we have ever seen.

This was my second time staying at Blarney Caravan Park. It's 14/15 years since I've stayed here before and the park is just as clean and tidy and well kept as the first visit. It has a dog run area, pitch and putt course and all the necessary facilities every camper needs. We stayed in our caravan for 2 nights and loved the peace and quiet of being rural while at the same time being only 15 minutes from the Cork city. Hard standing pitches are plenty wide for awnings and bbq and picnic table space. The park is secure and gives peace of mind knowing you can leave everything safely on site. It's just 2.5km into Blarney village which has shops, pubs and restaurants along with take aways and off licence. Would I stay again, yes of course I would. Fantastic park. 5 stars.

Stayed here with our motorhome. An excellent campsite ideally located to explore Cork city and entire county. It's absolutely lovely, set in the middle of the Irish countryside, with affordable prices, the entire site is kept very tidy and facilities clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's located near the famous Barney Castle and Gardens, you can walk to the village but there's unfortunately no pavement for about 1/3 of the way and as it's a main road, we chose to use the lovely local taxi service with the most friendly and professional drivers we've ever come across. When you get into Blarney village there's a great bus connection to Cork City. Highly recommend, we loved it here! :D

Lovely 2 night stay in Blarney Caravan park. The site was very safe with barriers on entry. Staff were so friendly and helping on places to visit etc. The caravan pitch itself was large but didn’t feel packed together either. Ours was on a gentle slope so levellers would come in handy. Facilities were spotless and the kids loved the playground and space to kick a football. There is also a pitch and putt course beside the site which was good fun. Location is about 2km from Blarney village but some restaurants deliver. It is a down hill walk into Blarney but most of it does not have footpaths and it’s quite a busy road. Over we had a great time in Blarney Caravan park and we will be back.

Site is very clean.
Staff very nice.
Owner nice and always around.
Many different nationalities here, a mix of tents campervans and caravans.
Quiet site with a separate field for ball games , small play park, and separate pitch and putt. Family friendly but not a site were kids run wild.
Blarney itself is small and would be walkable on foot but transport better.
Showers free and clean.
Washing lines a unique touch. Very little room for improvement at this place but
kids play park could be improved a bit.

sorry i cant answer your question- but a lot of parks have rules that do not allow groups or parties on their sites- i assume that there are good reasons for this but dont know. maybe you should try speaking to the park manager- we found him to be very helpful.
