Stayed for one nite in November with my wife, had a Groupon deal which gave us B&B and mains of evening meal. First impressions were not great, girl at reception not very friendly or welcoming. The room we stayed in was miles from the reception, could do with a bus service! but the lasting impression walking to the room was...

Start with the negative, when we arrived at reception the receptionist was on the computer, didnt lift her head to greet us so I waited until she did before giving my name although I knew she was expecting me to talk to the top of her head. There were no more negatives after that, we had a lovely big clean...

Rooms dated. Old CRT television. Bath had long black hairs in it, both nights I stayed there. I had the 2 nights B&B and 1 dinner offer. The waitress told me it was for 3 courses and after consuming I was told to pay for dessert because it was actually only 2 courses. Breakfast was a lukewarm buffet of food...

I've been meaning to review this place for a while. It's such great value and amazing. The hotel itself is nice but the staff are so good it really makes it all!! From the breki lady making sure we were sorted to the barman knowing the ingredients to everything they were great. Nice facilities too. Will definitely be back.

Had an enjoyable stay here after finding a brilliant deal on Groupon for 2 people. 2 Nights with breakfast both days and 2 meals downstairs in the onsite pub for 99 Euro. Comfortable room and the food was great. Would definately recommend.

First impression last and that's how we felt at check in, lady in question most certainly did not have job satisfaction and every booking in looked painful for her so since the room was not ready(which wasn't a problem) we headed into the town centre for something to eat rather then stay and eat at the hotel as planned, Dinner...

We had a lovely couple of days here after finding a fantastic groupon deal for two nights with breakfast and a dinner. The staff really are absolutely lovely, eager to help and very friendly. Dinner was great, decent food, in fact much better than we expected considering the price of our groupon voucher! Breakfast is also very nice, plenty of...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Large carpark. The hotel was very busy as it was halfterm break. The room was very nice & spacious. Water always hot & the heating came on morning & evening. The bar had a nice atmosphere & music on 2 of the nights. Only downside was the chaos at breakfast. Food is in a small...

Stayed at the Auburn Lodge for 2 nights. The hotel itself is slightly dated. The rooms are basic and a little disappointing decor wise but are spotless. The bar area is lively and there was live music both nights. The staff are fantastic... Very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. If you are looking for a reasonably priced...
