We had a good stay, staff were amazing and would rate them 10 stars, ladies on reception and particularly they lady who seats you for breakfast were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel it’s self is quite dated, the pillows are like sheets of paper, we actually went to the local shopping centre and bought our own pillows. Room was quite dusty and carpet was filthy. Bar staff were nice but seems to be more of an older crowd here so wouldn’t be ideal for young couples. Great location with a lidl right next door. Breakfast wasn’t great at all, but the dinner we had on the Sunday there was gorgeous. Thanks to staff for great customer service!

We had a lovely Two day Break in Auburn Lodge in Ennis . Food was Excellent . The staff were very friendly and the Bar Staff could not do enough for us . Can not wait to book again . Brilliant and the girl at the Reception was very helpful.

Can't fault it. It's not the most modern hotel but it was clean and quiet. My daughter loved the pool. And the food in the bar was really good for the price. The location is a handy base for exploring Clare. Id stay here again.

Had a lovely break away with my two girls and my parents. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the surrounding areas of Clare. The hotel is nice and comfortable. it could do with some updating but it was perfect for what we wanted somewhere to eat and sleep after been out all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out and thanks to Christopher for my ceasar salad. Food was lovely and the area was very spacious with lots of room for social distancing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was lovely you have to book before you go and you get an hour slot. Would definitely go and stay again.
