Two of us dropped in there for tea/coffee the other evening. The experience was very forgettable. The refreshments were served in a completely disinterested fashion. There is no loose tea so watery tea from a team bag was the lot of one of us. for the other it was coffee poured into a cup from a paper sachet. Overhead the...

This is an old fashioned property. Very clean, no lifts!! We are a family of 4 and had a family room. Nice staff not the friendliest but there to do a job and they do it efficiently. One or two staff really were lovely and friendly. Food good in the bar. Pool area clean and gym usable. Now the music...

Breakfast as very nice and fresh, staff friendly and the leisure center better than expected. The restaurant served a very affordable menu and the portion size was incredible. The lodge...

This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose it for its location whilst visiting my son and daughter in law as it is convenient. When I checked in this time I was advised that I had been upgraded to a suite - quite surprising as I was staying on my own, but I was really pleased about that...

On the balance this is an ok hotel but 2 things give reason for a 4 rating, the staff and the leisure centre. My initial impression was that the room was perfectly clean but a bit dated. The pool however is perfect for my young family, good size and perfect temperature. The staff are great, exactly what I hope foreign...

Stayed here with my partner while visiting Ennis. 100 for room without breakfast, thought this to be a little steep but probably going rate. Room was lovely and spacious however my pet hate ( although petty) I hate when there is another bed in my room it's like your expecting someone else to knock on the door. It also meant...

Stayed here for 5 night break, in 2 rooms opposite each other as we have 3 girls 8,13,15. We normally prefer self catering, large caravan so not the normal routine for us. Were checked in early as 1 room was ready, lovely receptionist BTW. Rooms fine, one room odd number car park view, even number view of gardens. We found...

We visited here on a groupon deal. We paid an additional supplement of €50 euros for an upgrade as advised on TripAdvisor. If the purpose of these deals are to promote the hotel they are shooting themselves in the foot. We stayed here before for 1 night while in Ennis for a GAA match . We had a great night...

Average hotel. Rooms are in need of updating. Clean and functional but basic and 70's decor. All the staff we met with the exception of the breakfast staff seemed grumpy and unhappy especially in the bar where we just couldnt stick them and went else where!
