Even though they were almost closed for the season, Marie and her family made us welcome as a last-minute booking. Nice walk to Ennis, where we found good food, drink and music at Brogan's. Breakfast fine as well.

Great location and parking. Overall okay stay but nothing to write home about. Wifi allowed us to connect but the speed was SO slow that you couldn't even check email or log onto social media. Beds were rather uncomfortable and room wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. Breakfast was ok.

A friendly welcome, suggesting the safe parking of our motorbikes at the back of the house, for which we were very thankfull. The room was spacious with bathroom ensuite. Best to ask for a room at the back, as the road at the front is very busy.

Nice property on a main road into Ennis centre. Only a 10 min walk into town. Clean very tidy property, in room tea/coffee and a good shower. The room was quite compact (3) but room 1 and 2 seemes a little larger. Very nice owners and the food was fine. Not a lot going on in the town, but good...

We stayed one night at Stonehaven Bed and Breakfast, which is on the main road into Ennis. Marie was helpful and most gracious. The room was quite pretty and immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would happily stay there again as we really enjoyed our stay there.

The access to Clare and its environs led us to this fine B&B. We were immediately surprised by the fine welcome from Marie and the pleasant rooms we were given. With an excellent rate you cannot go wrong visiting Clare and Stonehaven B&B. The excellent breakfasts also are a tribute to the Irish Welcome...

Breakfast was fireside which was lovely. Room allowed for 3 people though there as just 2 so plenty of space. You do hear...

The proprieter, Marie, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The walk to downtown went past historical buildings. It was easy to find and close to scenic attractions. Hope to return.

Mary is the perfect hostess. The room is clean and quiet and the right price. Breakfast is amazing. She even offered to drive me to town if I should want a ride. I can't recommend this b&b highly enough.

At Stonehaven, you really do feel as if you're visiting family. Family that's living a busy life but will go out of their way for you. We very much appreciated Marie and Mel's hospitality. Two of us had a large bedroom that offered one twin and one double bed. Two others shared a small bedroom with a modern en suite....
